Fraud company This is a one of the fraud and cheating dealer in Bangalore they will just take our bike details and verify and call us saying all the things later money will be also finalized after if buyer calls for deal no response any they give some reason old model more kmpl is ruined and no one is buying and son no I strongly recommend this is not a genuine company and they are not good in business deals with customer fraud and cheating people are kept in this company to Time pass the buyers I strongly say cheater are in this company fake and not doing the business like they call they say we will buy and close deal and after that they not call us and they will say old bike will not be taken so they should have informed in the registration form and make the caution while uploading after every thing they are telling us not trusting vendor cheating fraud fake and many more

Dont sell vehicles to them The experience of selling my Activa to Beepkart was not good. On the call they will give you a price & at the time of vehicle pickup they will send payment link of lesser amount. Be careful & read the message from razorpay properly before accepting payment. They will also deduct a lot of amount like insurance renewal. I had renewed already which would have been effective after 10 days. They deduct the insurance renewal amount 850 & tell you that as soon as the new insurance comes into effect they will refund the deduction. After selling they don't bother to reply or pick up calls. In my case the associate was Arun Fernandis.

BEEPKART dirty tricks to keep your refund money I sold my scooter to Beepkart ( manigandan and Kiran kumar) few days ago. They gave me less price for a vehicle which had run only 11000km. More over they said , they can pay only portion of the value amount and rest after I submit NOC from the bank as a proof of loan closure. I submitted the loan closure document from idfc bank, but they started playing dirty tricks to delay on my refund on the pretext that the NOC should look this way and that way. Basically they don't want to refund , because more they delay , better for them as the timeline expires. Later they go to bank on their own and get the NOC and keep the refund with them. This is nothing but using human psychology same like credit card due and fine works. Hope the BEEPKART wakes up to this dirty tricks played by few of employee which puts the company under bad taste.

Scammers in disguise Beepkart is nothing buy bunch of scamming frauds. I bought my activa last year. They made it seem like a bare used bike and they didn't tell me it was purchased from Ola technologies (a highly over used vehicle with heavy modification and changed odometer and everything. They did not disclose it at the time of purchase. Vehicle has multiple issues from starting issue to modified fuel tank which can only be filled for 2 litres. I felt cheated buying from them. They don't buy back also after selling them. Customer care will say They ll connect to the purchase team but it's just a sham. I highly recommend against buying anything from these people

Fraud Company - Beepkart From Customer Support, Procurement team, sales team, every team is a fraud. BEEPKART AS A WHOLE IS A FRAUD COMPANY. I bought a bike from Beepkart less than a year ago. There is a buyback policy where there is 30-35% depreciation. But procurement team first said there is no buy back policy, then they made a fake claim saying there is 3k traffic fine, and trying to quote less price for the bike. I repeat please pay some extra money and buy a new vehicle, but please please please don't purchase from Beepkart. They are fraud

WASTE OF TIME NO RESPONSE AFTER INSPECTION A PERSON FROM BEEPKART CAME AND INSPECTED MY BIKE. HE MADE IT RUN FOR AROUND 20 MINUTES . CHECKED EVERYTHING, TOOK PHOTOS. BUT IT IS ALMOST 12 DAYS NOW . THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. ITS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND ENERGY OF MY BIKE. IS IT TAKING SO MUCH OF TIME TO EVALUATE MY BIKE.

Waste of time ! I recently contacted Beepkart for an evaluation on my two wheeler. Even after mentioning the make year of the vehicle in the information required before the inspection, the person came for evaluation and after wasting my time called me and informed me that for this year make we are not accepting the vehicles. It was a waste of one whole day with no optimum result. I had to contact other platforms to sell my vehicle. I was told that Beepkart is very efficient in services but it is not true at all !

BEEPkart- do business with us only if you want to regret I would have given less than one star if there was an option available. Worst customer care service with the most unprofessional employees. False claims is there USP I think. They will hold back some money saying your insurance is not updated or something else. And once the bike is taken they will simply refuse to give the money. Only customer service I have seen who closes the complaint without the consent of the complainant. I regret selling my bike to them. I get it now why they are called BEEPkart. Foul language is always covered with beep.

No trust worthy False commitments Not trust worthy. I was trying to sell my bike. The customer support team have been making false commitments for a week that a person will come and pick up today. The customer service team does not have any clue on whether it was picked up or not. Even after registering and booking an appointment for selling no inspection person one has called me about coming for inspection. Just getting spam calls from the customer service which makes false commitments and that’s all .

Terrible service In my experience companies that have terrible service cannot ever be trusted - they chased me and made me reserve a bike for test drive for 999 but after that no one showed up but the manager Pawan kept asking me to keep reserving - I then had to follow up and chase them for a test drive ans after one week someone agrees to show up - he said he will come By 5. I waited inspite of me having to get to my classes at 7 - they never showed up . Imagine if test drive is so painful what is going to happen when they deliver the bike and we need servicing

One of the Worst companies in this space. Don't trust them. Reserved one bike and took 999 as advance from me. The bike was supposed to be sent for a Test drive but was sold from their garage. No concept of reservation:) I am now chasing them for the last 2 weeks to get the refund. They were just pushing the ball here and there. I don't think there is any process and it looks like some startup opened by some rookies. This will not go far and will be closed. I am not hopeful of my refund and that is fine. Please avoid going with them.
