I would have given less than one star if there was an option available. Worst customer care service with the most unprofessional employees. False claims is there USP I think. They will hold back some money saying your insurance is not updated or something else. And once the bike is taken they will simply refuse to give the money.
Only customer service I have seen who closes the complaint without the consent of the complainant.
I regret selling my bike to them.
I get it now why they are called BEEPkart.
Foul language is always covered with beep.
