New Space helped me organize my mudroom closet. Mary Ann asked a lot of questions to determine how we used the space. She was very patient and knowledgeable. The installers arrived on time, were very tidy and efficient. The space is by far easier to use and keep organized than the old space. We will definitely call on them for future organization projects!
We had New space create closets and a pantry for us 20 years ago. Just the other day my drawer broke and the whole system started to come apart. We called them and they came out and fixed the entire thing- at no cost! I was amazed. Thank you New Space! Fantastic customer service 20 years later!!
I’ve worked with New Space on various closets over the last decade. I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of organization in their process and how thoughtful they are with their recommendations. Most recently, New Space helped us with the build out of most closets in our new home build. And, quite frankly, it was the most seamless part of this project! We met with them a couple of times, talked through our needs and mapped out an amazing plan for our storage needs. We get constant compliments on our primary bedroom closets - they really did make the most of every inch and the finishes are beautiful. NewSpace Home Organization has been a partner with my local non-profit, Special Spaces St. Louis. They are amazing to work and amazing people. I also used NewSpace to get my horrible Master Closet organized. I LOVE it. They utilize small/large spaces to be efficient and organized.
I am a continual repeat customer of NewSpace and have had such an amazing experience working with Jenny and the team. We had multiple closets and pantries renovated through NewSpace at our old house and I am already working with Jenny to help get our new home organized! I've always been very impressed with their attention to detail and functionality of the space as well as the affordability of it.
This is a very delayed review but in the Summer of 2023 we worked with Mary Ann Mueth at NewSpace to design walk in closet organization for a newly constructed bedroom closet. NewSpace was referred by our interior designer. We met with NewSpace and two other closet design companies to decide which design was best. Mary Ann not only designed the most efficient solution making the most out of our space, but she was wonderful to work with. The space we had was tricky and she made the perfect design for it, in fact she told me she designed it from the perspective if it was her closet what would make the most sense and that helped her determine the design. We couldn’t be happier with the result. It was also installed in one day! I highly recommend anyone to NewSpace and working with her!
I hate a great experience working with Jenny from Newspace! She helped great the mudroom of my dreams. She was very thoughtful with the placement of every last shelf and communicated with me every step of the way. What was important to me was important to her. I’ll definitely be working with her again on future projects!
We have used New Space for 9 different projects in our home, most recently turning our garage from a blank concrete box to a beautiful and functional storage space and workshop. On every project the design consultants work with you every step of the way, making sure they are truly customizing the space to your needs. The installation teams are efficient, respectful or your time and space and clean up well after the work is done. All in all a pleasure to work with New Space!
New Space did amazing work on our daughter’s new built ins. Jenny worked directly with our contractor to make sure everything was perfect. We love how it turned out and we cannot wait to use them for additional projects around our home.
We did a whole house renovation and NewSpace designed all of our closets. The entire process from design to install was seamless. Material selections are abundant, staff was courteous and professional and functionality is great. I would highly recommend.
We decided to go with NewSpace to transform the spaces for both of our houses, and we love their work. We've worked with Jenny Elfrink extensively, and she helped us maximize the space in our laundry room, mud room, pantry, and closets. When you compare builder-grade wire rack shelving vs. the myriad options of customized closets, it's worth every penny to maximize the limited space you have. Why struggle with shelving where space is completely wasted when you can enjoy your living space with options customized to your needs?
Jenny thinks of many dimensions the typical homeowner doesn't consider (dimensions needed to accommodate entry door swings, washer/dryer doors, refrigerator doors, for example). When your proposal is prepared, you have a three-dimensional model of the room after its belated renovation with custom shelving/cabinetry, so you can envision everything. This also gives you the opportunity to add small finishing details like pull out shelves, extending clothes rods, baskets, etc. The sky is the limit.
We also appreciate the ease of communication with Jenny. Communicating with random people at a large office is extremely frustrating. When you call/email Jenny, you know the concern will be addressed promptly.
Finally, we've always been impressed at how NewSpace stands behind their work. If there's a problem (unlevel shelf, door hinge problem, etc), they don't hesitate to make sure you're happy.
If you try to pinch pennies on a closet/mudroom/laundry room/garage project, you might save a few bucks. But sometimes you get what you pay for. And that's the way we feel about NewSpace -- service, quality, and a personal touch.
New space has transformed multiple areas of our home into beautiful, organized and usable spaces. Our designer Melissa has been fantastic at problem solving and thoughtful design. From our laundry room that now has twice the amount of storage yet feels bigger and more open, to our daughter's creative work space to a garage with beautiful organized storage where everything has it's place--we couldn't be happier with the results.
