We use NO Grease Trap every couple of months for our restaurant - first, I love the fact they send text reminders when service is due & can confirm an appointment w/o calling them. Can also pay the bill through the link in their texts too. One less thing for me to have to worry about!
Also most recently water was backing into our kitchen - we needed it fixed ASAP. I called Mike & he came out that same day. It ended up being another issue but the fact he came on such short notice means he takes care of his customers! He referred me to a reliable person to help clean out our drains. 🤩

We love New Orleans Grease Trap! They came to our center today for the first time and we we're highly impressed. Mike was super nice and completely professional. The price was reasonable,too. All in all an A++ experience. 10/10 would recommend. This is our new grease trap cleaner from now on.

Mike came out at 11:30 on Thanksgiving to service our well overdue grease trap given our other provider couldn't seem to make it out (3 weeks past due!) Very prompt and professional! He's definitely got our business.
