First Motorhome experience
This was our first Motorhome experience. New Marque Motorhomes were great from start to finish. They showed us round a motorhome prior to booking which was a great help. They gave us a great motorhome, less than a year old, all very clean and functional.
The support during our holiday was first class and they were always on hand if needed.

Great customer service and dog friendly!
We hired a motor home for a week in Sept 2026, good communication from the company and the motor home was equipped with everything you would need.
Large fridge and smaller freezer and a gas 3 ring hob with a variety of saucepans were included. WiFi was also included and after we’d changed camp sites we couldn’t get the tv to work, a quick call to Luke and he talked us through it hey presto, WiFi and tv working.
The motor home was a 2026 plate so very new so was in excellent condition.
We wanted to try one before we considered buying so this was ideal for us and had helped with some of the layout questions we had.
I would recommend this company and would definitely use again.
We hired the Auto Roller 707 for our first ever motorhome trip around Europe and had the most amazing time. We travelled through France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Luxembourg and Belgium, with our dog Winnie coming along for the adventure too. 🐶🇫🇷🇨🇭🇮🇹🇩🇪🇱🇺🇧🇪
We were definitely nervous beforehand about driving such a big vehicle abroad, but from collection to return, the motorhome was brilliant. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped and genuinely became our little home on wheels.
We had a few moments where we wondered what on earth we’d signed up for 😂, but looking back, those are probably the stories we’ll laugh about the most! The freedom of having our own accommodation with us and being able to explore so many different places was fantastic.
We came home absolutely loving the experience and with memories we’ll have forever.
Thank you so much to the team for making our first motorhome adventure such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend you to anyone thinking about hiring a motorhome, just do it!
We would definitely recommend hiring a motorhome from New Marque. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, through from the initial booking, collection and the return, we couldn't fault a thing.
They went through everything with us in detail and gave us lots of advice when we collected it. We had never hired a motorhome before, so all the advice was very welcome. Luke also replied very swiftly to a question we had whilst we were away.
The standard and quality of the motorhome was excellent, it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.
We had a great time away in it and would not hesitate to use New Marque again.
We could not have asked for a better way to travel for our honeymoon, than with a motorhome from New Marque Motorhomes.

We had the best time hiring a motorhome from New Marque. From the initial enquiry through to booking and collection everything was very easy. Luke was very helpful with advice on which van to choose as we were first timers. Everything was setup swiftly and great handover to familiarise us with the controls and what to do. The quality of the motorhome was amazing and better than expected. Real care and attention was paid to everything we needed. We are excited to book again as it was one of the best adventures we have been on as a family. I would definitely recommend New Marque and a motorhome holiday.
Onboarding process was a bit of a challenge as needed to confirm name and address details which could only be within three months - difficult to provide. However, overall experience was excellent - had all mod cons as well as being very clean and tidy). Although a few niggles with motorhome but was soon fixed when I found a screw driver. Would easily rent again without hesitation. Great positive experience overall.
After just returning from a weeks round trip to Scotland in a New Marque Motorhome I just wanted to write a few words based on our experience with this company. Firstly they are very nice people to deal with and made viewing and arranging the vehicle a real pleasure. They were happy for us to take our dogs along and the chosen vehicle had plenty of space to accommodate them and three adults. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition and perfectly prepared for our trip too. The motorhome was practically brand new and was equipped with the latest CarPlay technology which was invaluable for having maps to navigate us around. We loved that the main bed could be conveniently raised ,by a press of a button, into the ceiling maximising the living space. Also, Some nice extras are supplied with the vehicle which includes tables and chair, smart tv and free WiFi ( which worked great). Overall we very much enjoyed our trip and a big thanks for New Marque Motorhomes for making it all happen. If you’re looking to rent a motorhome then definitely give them a look I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

Reasonable prices with lots of last minute discounts. Staff all brilliant and very friendly. Motorhome was clean and in superb condition. Most of all, their 24 hour support was excellent. Luke in particular was outstanding in his responsiveness and helped us out more than a few times during our trip!

Now the third time I have hired a motorhome from New Marque for the British Grand Prix week and as always great service from everyone at the company from first contact to book through delivery, collection and support while on site.
The Zefiro 696 I chose was in great condition, very clean inside and out and was delivered and set up ready to use on my plot with everything needed including connecting to electric hook up, full water tank and gas etc. All kitchen equipment and a table and chairs for dining outside were also provided.
Luke even returned the next day to answer a question and sort a minor issue with the other New Marque vehicle a colleague had hired.
After the hire they even found and returned a pair of earbuds I had lost in the vehicle, great service!!!

Recently purchased a Fiamma awning & Truma Aircon unit.
The aircon unit wasn’t finished and was left for a month before getting contacted from Truma to finish their job.
Our awning was fitted and taken home to aberdeen. On our holiday I rolled it out to find it’s totally buckled. Luke has asked if i could travel to Cambridge to replace the awning but that’s not possible. It would cost half the awning on fuel.
I’d not recommend them
