I did not have a positive experience. After reading many reviews, I chose this practitioner because she was highly recommended by several people. I went in feeling very hopeful and excited that she would be able to help me.
Unfortunately, during the appointment, I repeatedly felt dismissed and was told that my concerns were simply due to āgetting older.ā I left feeling worse than when I arrived and disappointed by the overall experience. Sadly, it did not make me feel comfortable returning.
It might be a good place if you are young though, AKA, 20s or 30s, if you are in your 40s like me, there is no hope according to them.
Very happy with the results! The specialist corrected the asymmetry of my lips very carefully and kept everything looking natural. The result looks so natural that itās not even obvious anything was done. I felt very comfortable during the visit. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Jane. Sheās very professional, gentle, and attentive to detail. I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Iāve been coming to You & I Medspa for several visits now, and I can honestly say my experience with non-surgical rhinoplasty (rhinomodelation) and facial harmonization has been incredible. From the very first consultation, everything was explained in detail, and I felt completely comfortable and confident in the process.
The non-surgical rhinoplasty gave me the straight, refined nose I always wanted without surgery, downtime, or pain. The results were immediate and very naturalāno one could tell I had anything done, they just kept saying I looked more balanced and beautiful.
Over multiple visits, we also worked on full facial harmonization, including subtle enhancements that brought everything into proportion. My cheeks, chin, and overall facial structure now look more defined but still completely natural and feminine.

Just had my first consultation with the esthetician Lou , super nice. Friendly and warming did not make me feel out of place. My doctor will be Tatiana even though I'm a bit nervous and haven't had the appointment. I already feel comfortable that they also do different types of skin tones, not just one type which is very important since I am Mediterranean and Mexican with ehlersdanlos syndrome. I felt safe and comfortable. Can't wait to do treatments and every one is treated to their needs.

I walked out of New Image feeling absolutely thrilled by the way my lips looked, after an amazing job done by Jamie. What I love about her was she took the time to answer all of my questions in detail, her patience, how she explained why she uses her methods, she ensured I understood my expectations, and then she delivered! I was being a bit of a wuss when it came to getting the dental block, but trust me, it was the best decision ever, made the process so much easier and 95% pain free. I look forward to future engagements with Jamie.
Also, shout out to the young ladies at the front desk, they did a great job getting me sorted out and prepared.
