I had a pleasure to visit this amazing spa and meet lovely and talented Tatyana and her incredible team! Place looks amazing, very clean, artistic and modern. I had a laser Fotona done in afternoon and next day I went to work with no downtime. Very impressed and highly recommended!!!

Karissa is truly the best of the best. She brings such a thoughtful, professional approach to everything she does, and you can immediately tell she takes immense pride in her work. I'm so lucky that I found new image work and so glad to meet Sabeena she is amazing! She made my experience super comfortable, answered any questions I had and talked me through the appointment making sure I was okay and not in pain. & the finished result for my lips and face is beautiful. Highly recommend. the ladies at the front desk they are so nice, and they welcome.

I absolutely love this med spa! I’ve been coming here for anti aging treatments, specifically, Fontana 4D and Botox, and the results have been incredible. My skin looks, tighter, smoother and more lifted. Looks natural and refreshed, not frozen.
Not only are treatments effective but the team is truly amazing. They’re so kind, patient and knowledgeable. They take time to explain everything, make sure I’m comfortable and customize each treatment to exactly what I need. I always feel like I’m in the best of hands.

I drove from Indiana to see Jane at New Image works for botox and filler- I love the natural results and she was so patient and informative. She made sure she understood what I was looking for and I am so happy with the results.

My sister and I visited this clinic together for lip filler with Jane, and both of us had disappointing experiences.
Booking with Virginia was difficult, so we scheduled our appointment with Jane. Jane recommended dissolving my previous filler (which cost $300) and after two weeks injected one syringe for $600. After healing, my lips were left in worse condition than before dissolving the filler, with unevenness, hard lumps, and an unnatural shape. The filler appeared poorly integrated.
I returned to the clinic for a follow-up appointment to address these issues. During this visit, Jane stated that the hard lumps and unevenness were likely due to dissolving the previous filler, which had been her recommendation. My sister, who had never had lip filler before, was also injected by Jane and experienced similar issues, including hard, lumpy texture and an unnatural appearance. After the follow-up, the upper lip continued to have hard areas and an unnatural appearance and I experienced shooting pain radiating toward my right eye, which was alarming. A separate physician later confirmed filler migration.
I live four hours away, and each visit costs approximately $260 in travel expenses. I made four separate trips for this treatment and follow-up, in addition to the $300 dissolving fee and $600 for one syringe, to end up with the worst lip filler I ever had.
Because I live 4 hours away, I reached out privately and respectfully to Virginia since she seems to have a leadership role there and more experience to ask for guidance and help. Instead of addressing me directly, my message was relayed to Jane, and no follow-up, explanation, or resolution was provided from both of them. I knew this because Jane unfollowed me and my sister on social media.
I find this handling of a patient concern unprofessional and dismissive (both Virginia and Jane), especially for a clinic providing medical aesthetic procedures. Based on my experience, I would not trust this clinic.
