July 2025 I made an appointment for my husband who is a senior. The front office staff is very nice, funny and helpful. He had a partial replaced in a timely manner. The dentist Dr. Handsome was nice and calm. The staff member who took the impression for the partial was great.
Dr. Caraballo is so amazing. When I say I was very scared to go to the dentist from past experience and wanted to be sedated just to get work done. I've always been afraid of the dentist and getting work done that requires needles, this visit was a little different, I had to get my tooth pulled and was very nervous my anxiety was through the roof, Dr. Carabello and his assistant Shanice was truly fantastic they talked me through everything Shanice held my hand the whole time whi h helped ease my anxiety and made me feel secure I can't thank them enough for being so kind and patient with my scary self I am truly grateful

My dental home. My dental appointment was nothing short of amazing. The front office staff were very welcoming and friendly. The facility was nice and clean. I felt cared for every step of the way. The dentist always made sure I was comfortable during the X-ray and cleaning. They were accommodating and listened attentively to any concerns I had. It can be hard some times trying to find the right dentist but here you don’t have to think twice.
Best dentist I have been to. All staff and dentists are always extremely kind and prompt in scheduling me in. I have had repairs for two fractured molars, as well as a chipped front tooth, which can't even be seen after they repaired it. Highly recommend. Very fun and caring environment, which is refreshing for a dental office.
I've always had the most amazing experiences in this particular dental. I am a dental chicken however they have made it very easy for me to come into the office as it is a relaxing environment.

I've been a loyal customer of this office for years and always had positive experiences, but my recent visit completely changed how I feel about this place. The woman at the front desk, Bernadette, was disgustingly rude and unprofessional. From the moment I walked in, her tone was dismissive and hostile. When I asked a simple question about my appointment, she responded with attitude, rolled her eyes, and raised her voice in front of other people in the office.
It was embarrassing and honestly upsetting. There was no reason for her to speak to me that way. I tried to stay calm and polite, but she kept cutting me off and talking over me. It reached a point where I felt uncomfortable even being there. And left
This is not the kind of behavior that represents a professional business, especially one I used to trust. I'm filing a formal complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs because this kind of treatment toward customers is completely unacceptable. I truly hope management reads this and takes action, because Bernadette's attitude and lack of basic respect are driving away loyal clients like me.

A coworker referred me thanks C. N great guy. My appointment was at 11am and when I tell you they didn't have me there all day waiting 1st off. The reminder texts about the appointment much needed and appreciated the paperwork form filled out day before through text so I didn't have to be sitting there frustrated with anxiety and waiting longer just to fill out paperwork. Wendy took my X-rays great job my gums wasn't cut up afterwards. Shaniece was very comforting I hope I didn't traumatized her to bad from my fear but she was awesome thank you and the dentist was very patient and I like his interaction with his staff. Great job! The one star away from perfect was the energy shift when it came to payment but still professional but awkward and not because I didn't have the money just energy shift for me. But other than that excellent service and work Thank the whole staff for making it a speedy, convenient and compassionate experience even with my nerves and anxiety through the roof
This was the best dentist I've ever been to when I say I avoid the dentist at all cost that was me But they changed my whole perspective!! The shots didn't hurt a small pinched nothing major .. I got a filling and fitted for two crowns Thank you for being so kind to me they even gave me a blanket! Thank you Jesus for giving this staff the heart and mind to finally give customers a place they feel safe and not afraid
