The folks at New Generation Home Pro are truly top shelf. They installed our CCTV system in our business 3 years ago. I wanted to install special camera to our system to monitor one of our processes in our Cleaners. They came out, evaluated the project, prepared a proposal , ordered the equipment and set a date for install. Prompt on the spot service on all aspects of the project. System works perfectly and came in under budget. There are lots of folks with ladders on their trucks but I haven't found anybody that compares to New Gen !! Glad to give these guys a resounding 5 STAR review.

Excellent customer service. They went over and above on customer service, installation and technical assistance in using our new system. The resolution of the cameras is outstanding. We previously contracted with a national brand and had been displeased for years. Unfortunately we bought into a lengthy contract that did not serve our needs. Now we have the best equipment and the clarity of our new cameras is outstanding. We will definitely be calling on the NGHP team for continuation of updating all our smart homes features.
