New generation home pro was great, I got the system I needed, this is not your run of the mill security system, I wanted to make sure my family was fully protected. They met with me and went over all my options. ADT and the other brands are garbage compared to New generation.

In March we opened our new satellite store for Andy's Cleaners. During our build-out, I contacted Marshall and invited hime to survey our facility for a closed circuit video system for our 3000 sq ft location. After meeting and reviewing our needs, he quickly prepared and presented his ideas on the best approach. We quickly agreed and set a schedule for New Generation to come in and do the complete install, including cabling, mounting of cameras and rack mounting the recording system.
I simply could not be happier with the entire system, from the first meeting to the final start-up and training. We have had zero issues over the past 6 weeks of operation. The video recordings are very manageable as occasionally we have to go back in time and review stains or damaged clothing issues.

Full camera coverage for house and workshops installed. Good recommendations with pros and cons allowing customer to make final decision. Detailed written clear estimates for client approval. Installers were professional, knowledgable , courteous, very neat work and so patient with all my questions. Training was good and I was assured I had support for future questions. Camera pictures are sharp . Wow. Excellent views on my phone or tv. Would definitely recommend you include them when getting estimates.

Addendum to previous work. This time these guys installed several PTZT
Cameras and wired the output to my downstairs large screen. The cameras include mic and intrusion alarms with zone settings. Everything worked perfectly and Canin and Josh did a great job setting it up. Very satisfied and looking forward to upgrading my security system so I dont have to use any paid services. They also did a great job mounting my NVR and organizing my wires.
These guys are awesome. they helped me, didn't gouge at all. they offered extra advice they didn't need to. I will be calling them back.
