If i could give this car place 0 stars i would!! IM GOING TO GET THIS PLACE SHUT DOWN! For one when i purchased the 2012 equinox the check engine light popped on when i bought the car. And ive been calling them for a year now about the title for the car because i thought the car was paid off because they stop taking the payments. After A YEAR OF BUGGING THEM I FINALLY GOT SOMETHING IN THE MAIL THAT SAY I DIDNT PUT A DOWN PAYMENT DOWN AND THAT I STILL OWE ON THE VEHICLE. Mind you I put $3000 down and they trying to say I didn’t put anything down! They got the right one because I’m going to state on!

Absolute amazing service from Derek and Charlie, they not only are amazing sales man but very compassionate about how life can be hard sometimes! But absolutely wonderful service! 10/10 highly recommended!

We just bought our first family car from Newcombs with Derek. I honestly knew nothing about the whole process and Derek sat down with us and very patiently and thoroughly went through everything. He took all of our needs and wants into consideration and found us the perfect car. He was very upfront and honest about everything, and went above and beyond for us. When it comes time for us to buy our next car, Derek is the only one we'll go to!
It will be a full year on the 16th and Ill say the customer service had been awesome and very helpful. Yes there have been ups and downs here and there which everywhere has that. But I will say we got screwed over by this place. Lets start by the orange title and failing to tell me until paperwork was signed. Im young and have never bought a car and they took advantage of that. I also told them I wanted to stick with what I was currently paying. They doubled that. Im managing but my car is currently in the shop for an $11,200 transmission that I DO have documentation on. Not to mention the countless other issues this thing has had thats documented as well. For example, A cracked cat a week after getting the car and being argued with that it was just an 02 sensor that took 3 days to get the car done. Shortly after that a purge valve that was making a horrible ticking noise. And then the shuddering started in march which was the trans starting to go out (Specifically torque converter). All 4 tire sensors when I was told specifically by charlie they just did them. Has a major oil leak that has been continous since I bought it. Ive had to add a quart of oil 5,000 miles into an oil change since I've owned it. Now it is an orange title so there are going to problems yes. SHOULD THEY HAVE TOLD ME IT WAS AN ORANGE TITLE BEFORE I SIGNED PAPERWORK ALSO?! YES!!! They also told us to let our other car get repod instead of suggesting other better options. LET ME MAKE THIS CLEAR IM NOT DOGGING ON THE COMPANY!! THEY WERE NICE I JUST WISH THEY HELPED ME MOVE FORWARD INSTEAD IM GOING BACKWARDS!

Gage thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Even though there is a new ownership team here I still wanted to take time to reply to your review. Lets start with selling you a car with a branded title. We DID let you know up front as you signed the title (which we have a copy of) as well as the bank both has you sign a disclosure that you acknowledge you know its a branded title and @ 5:49pm on the day you purchased the traverse the bank called you to verify that you knew it was a branded title and you told them you did. I do have everything you signed including the branded title etc. Unfortunately google wont let me attach proof. Secondly yes we did take two days to repair your car as it took a factory catalytic converter so they had to order it. For which you were zero out of pocket. The last time we had any communication with you is Early October about three weeks after you purchased the vehicle and since then we havent heard from you about any issues. Every incoming call is recorded and dated based on your phone number. Where i am confused is you stated this was the first vehicle you bought yet in the same review you stated we told you to let your car be repossessed. I see no car anywhere on your credit we pulled at the time. I appreciate you acknowledging we were kind but please make sure your facts are correct and that you don't publicly leave incorrect facts , it could be considered slander and libelous. That being said a simple call could have fixed many of these issues. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
