I can't recommend New Bhojon Caterer enough for anyone planning a big event like a marriage reception in Kolkata! We had our wedding reception for around 270 guests, and from the moment we tasted their samples during our initial meeting, we knew they were the right choice.
The food on the big day was nothing short of awesome – every single dish was a masterpiece!The menu was a perfect blend of traditional Bengali flavors and crowd-pleasing options. Starters like crispy fish finger, chicken Kababs, and paneer toothpick had everyone hooked right away. The mains were outstanding: aromatic mutton kosha, creamy paneer butter masala, Chicken Lababdar, Baby Naan, Chana Masala, Fish Fry and fresh prawn malaikari that captured authentic East Indian tastes.
