Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
The crew showed up late and left early every day.
They damaged my gutters and never took responsibility.
The roof started leaking just two weeks after installation.
When I called to complain, they ignored me for days.
Their “manager” kept making excuses instead of fixing the issue.
Materials used were cheap, not what was promised in the quote.
Customer service is rude and unprofessional.
I regret ever hiring them for my home project.
Stay far away from Roofing Construction Remodeling!
We had the pleasure to work with New America Construction few months back. They did a wonderful job installing the french drain/ sump pump and renovating our kitchen. The project included a lot of detailing such as finding the closest match to replace the tiles, panels, and installing the backsplashes. The pricing was reasonable, and they finished the project in a timely manner.
Bruce and the team were very cooperative throughout the process. Eric was very accommodating, especially finding the right fit for the exhaust system and suggesting what's best for our house. Bruce was very attentive and willing to take care of any of our concerns! They are very honest; they suggested the repairs based on our needs and nothing unnecessary. It's rare to find a team like them who you can trust.
We highly recommend New America Construction for any repair or renovation project!

Excellent company to do business with! They worked quickly and met every expectation. This was the second siding job I have done with them and just like the first one they did not disappoint. All of the employees were very polite and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the work. But with every big project there can always be complications that arise. We had a small issue with my tenants air conditioning unit mid way through the project but Bruce was very attentive and made sure to correct the issue asap so that my tenant didn’t have to spend too much time in a hot apartment. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the work and will always recommend them to anyone looking to repair/replace the siding in their home.

Bruce and his team did an excellent job on our house. The main scope of the project was to remove the old cedar siding, insulate the house, install new vinyl siding, and new windows.Timeline of the project was clearly outlined, budget was set, and quality of the work was outstanding. Any questions that I had throughout the process were clearly answered and the team always cleaned up the area after each days work. The company was even able to install a new patio to create a nice clean look in front. Overall, I would highly recommend New America Construction for your home renovation projects.

I interviewed 4 companies and Bruce was the most informative without being a pushy salesman. Bruce was able to create my vision while staying in my budget. The crew were respectful and made sure to clean up at the end of each day. I will recommend Bruce to my neighbors and friends.

This company! I wish I found them sooner. They were great to work and worked within our time and especially polite and respectful. You must see the progress pictures attached. Phenomenal crew; Bruce and Amanda are the best. Will call them for anything else. Highly recommended! If I would give them 10 stars I would.

Bruce’s team did a great job installing a French drain and sump pump after our basement flooded several times since moving in a few months ago. They had to cut out part of the walls and flooring, and you wouldn’t be able to tell with how well the work was done to replace them (see pics of the trench that had to be dug as well as the “after”). Erick, the foreman on the job, was great with communicating and making sure the work was done correctly. We had a couple issues that needed to be corrected along the way and Erick was super responsive and accommodating. They said the job would be done within a week and a half and they were right on time… just in time for a crazy rain the next day where we were able to see how well the pump worked. Bruce was a consummate professional throughout the whole experience. We would definitely recommend him!

I highly recommend this company. Bruce has gone above and beyond to make sure that all of my expectations were met. They pay attention to detail and have pride in their work. Any issues that came up after the install were immediately taken care of. My house looks beautiful.
