Excellent from the bidding process to the finishing touch. Completely transparent with pricing length of job and scheduling. Also my furnace went out a week prior to my install date and rock valley not only moved my install up but provided myself and my family with their space heaters to keep warm and prevent any other problems from happening. Never worked with a company so great

They were great to work with.
We needed a solution to move us away from a gas boiler and solve an issue of no A/C or air flow in part of the house. Because of the way our house is built, running ducts for a normal HVAC system would have been a nightmare, so that limited our options.
They worked with us to put in a mini-split system, and it has been great. We shut off the boiler immediately, and our energy bills have dropped drastically. We have the heating and A/C solution we needed, and lots of air flow without having to install ceiling fans everywhere.
The installation was great. They were very courteous, always cleaned up behind themselves, and kept us up to date since this was an install that took multiple days.
It was a great experience. I highly recommend giving them a call.

Zack and his "shadow" arrived in record time, diagnosed and corrected the problem so fast we think they may be Ninjas! Both were friendly, informative, professional and utterly respectful....loved their indoor booties! We definitely will HIGHLY recommend Rock Valley Services.

Chad was awesome, got the shop heater going again and explained what the problem was, and what to expect moving forward if the secondary issue arises on its own.

Zack was very knowledgeable and professional! He was quick to diagnose the issue and also pointed out a couple big issues he spotted. He and his boss were also helpful with providing some quotes for furnaces as it does feel like our furnace is on its last legs. Once it gets warmer out we need to investigate the AC and depending on how that goes, we may be reaching back out to Rock Valley to have that looked at as well! Highly recommend!

Our blower on our furnace went out on a Sunday morning. I called Rock Valley first and they told me the next available appointment was at 8:30 Monday morning which was what I expected and was fine with. They still sent Zach over within a couple hours to diagnose the problem and he also dropped off four space heaters to keep us warm until he could get back to fix the furnace the next morning. This was amazing and saved me a trip to Home Depot to get a space heater. He showed up at 8:30 Monday morning and had the furnace up and running in 30 minutes. Zach was quick, efficient, and friendly. The bill was also very fair and reasonable. Rock Valley Services did an excellent job getting our furnace going during this frigid week and they will be my go to HVAC business from here on out.
