We were first-time buyers, and Donelson wasn't on our radar, but they found a house that fit us perfectly. It was under budget, so we jumped on it. It's two years later, and our oldest walks to Stanford Elementary, and we just couldn't be happier. James and Steph are simply the best real estate agents out there.

Whoever they hired to cut the lawn of one of their houses they sold flung rocks at my car and scratched and dented it. Next time hire someone that does a proper job and is considerate of others people’s property. I called you about the situation and you told me the good news was that you sold the house. If you had the money to sell the house then you should have had money to fix my car.

I'm sorry that I'm just now noticing this review. I don't recall having a conversation along these lines at any point in the past, but what confuses me is that this review was written in 2023, but the home in the photo was sold in 2019. Additionally, we don't maintain the lawns for home sellers unless contracted to do so. It's not a good feeling when someone else's carelessness causes harm. I'm sorry this happened to you.
We first met Stephanie and James 15 years ago when we bought property in Nashville. We are from another state and Stephanie was on the phone to us within an hour of our first communication. We were impressed then, and that sentiment has only grown over the years. They know the Nashville market inside and out, and have been our go-to for all things real estate since. We have both bought and sold with them, and all transactions went smoothly and were well-explained. In addition to their deep knowledge, years of experience, and excellent communication, they are good people, down to earth, and honest. No bs. They listen, give their opinion and advice when asked, but are never pushy; they always have your best interests in mind. I cannot stress how important good communication is for me, especially with a real estate agent. They are extremely responsive and on top of everything. Stephanie and James are a great team, and you won’t go wrong with them. I highly recommend!

I can't begin to tell you how easy it was to buy a house with Nesting in Nashville. Stephanie and James really made the process seamless. James told me what to look for during walk throughs on things I would have never thought of and made great suggestions.
