Chris has been extremely helpful throughout the entire mold inspection process. The actual inspection was very thorough, and he explained everything as he went along. Despite the lab being busy this time of year, the results came back fast and he made sure to update us when he received them. The written report was extremely in depth, and did not miss any details. I recently had to call Neptune out to my home. They have been absolutely incredible through this horrible process. Chris has explained everything in great detail so I knew what was going on and the steps that needed to be taken. I have actually referred them to 2 people in the last couple of days so I would definitely recommend using them!
I recently had them come test my whole home for mold as we were seeing it pop up in multiple areas. Chris Hayes did a fantastic job, he took his time looking through the house with me and listening to all the problems we’ve been having and did a thorough inspection. Once we got the test results back from the lab he wrote up the protocol and was very understanding and helpful when I asked if he could change some things and add some areas to the protocol. I’d definitely recommend them to people I know that are having mold issues.
