Russel and his crew did an excelent and meticulous job deep cleaning our recently purchased cabin. It was in rough shape with mildew and rodent droppings. His team was professional, courteous, and thougrough. The cabin is now clean, smells fresh, and looks amzing!

I contacted Russ due to all the positive reviews. He has great communication skills and came quick. Fortunately I didn’t have a mold issue as I suspected but Russ refused to take any money at all. Believe me, I tried. Now that was an honest and very kind gesture! I can’t rate him on his work but I give him a 100+ for customer service and honesty!

A raccoon got into our lake house and trashed the place causing extensive damage.Had plans to use the house the following weekend but wouldn’t be able to in the condition it was in. Called Russ and he came out and gave an estimate right away and said he could have it ready for the weekend. True to his word, he had his crew there that week and the house was ready for the weekend totally cleaned and disinfected. I can’t emphasize enough what a great job they did. Very, very pleased with the result.

Russ was quick to answer the first call. He was open to me texting him a video so he could better understand what my situation was I was seeking advice about--- slightly wet inside foundation wall. He rang me the next day- Saturday morning- and he was open to providing feedback even though it ended up I didn't have a big issue that would require his work. He seems genuinely interested in breaking down the reputation that construction related folks don't return calls and ghost you. Good on you Russ for putting customer service high on the list!!!

Doug at NEPA Environmental LLC saved our newly purchased home. After closing and the heat was turned on the home was unbearable due to the smell of multiple sources of urine. My family had nausea, headaches, etc. We thought we would have to tear out all of the drywall and plywood sub flooring. Doug came in after we had the old carpet removed and heavily treated our house 3 times. He was able to remove all of the smell and no more headaches and nausea for my family. If you have a terrible smell, do not hesitate to call Doug. He was wonderful to work with, showed up on time and performed a miracle. If we ever have an issue again, we will definitely be calling!
