I came across - Neo Travels through a reference in July 2024, where I had to do bulk ticket bookings for my family. Excellent Service from Neo Travels I've done business with Neo Travels multiple times, but this is the first time I'm writing a review. I recently planned a 5-day trip to Turkey, and Nasheeth was incredibly accommodating, considering all my many requests. What stood out to me was his professionalism in handing over my case to Shibi when he had to go on leave. Shibi proved to be even more efficient, managing every step of the arrangements and staying in touch with me throughout all five days of my stay in Istanbul to ensure the logistics were smooth. Although there was a mishap with the domestic flight bookings, Nikhil stepped in and made sure we got back without any issues. Overall, it was a fabulous job by the team. Highly recommended!
