We installed these curtains in our bedroom to reduce the noise coming from the highway, and the difference is truly noticeable, the room has become significantly quieter.
Initially, we were considering a 3-layer system, but the team recommended going with the full 5-layer option, and in the end, we’re glad we followed their advice.
The only downside was that after installation, the curtains were far from being in a presentable condition. They were quite wrinkled, and I ended up having to steam them myself after the team had left. That was a bit disappointing, as I expected a fully finished result.
Another thing that initially concerned me was the adhesive strip in the center that’s used to prevent light from coming through the gap between the curtains. I’m not sure whether a more aesthetically pleasing solution exists, but this detail didn’t look particularly elegant to me. Fortunately, our curtains are light-colored, so it’s barely noticeable.
Overall, the curtains do an excellent job of reducing noise and blocking out light, which was exactly what we were looking for
