I had a fantastic experience with Lush Loom Carpets & Curtains. I reached out to them for a small curtain repair job, and Muhammad was incredibly responsive right from the start. He replied instantly on WhatsApp, understood the issue from just a photo, and arranged everything without any hassle. What truly impressed me was the level of care and flexibility. The curtains were in my son’s room, and I requested if they could be picked up, repaired, and reinstalled on the same day so his sleep wouldn’t be disturbed. Despite this being a small job and their warehouse being quite far, Muhammad went above and beyond to make it happen - all in a single day. This kind of service is rare. Professional, prompt, and genuinely customer-focused. I’m extremely impressed and won’t be going to anyone else going forward. Highly recommend!

Beautifully designed curtains and very fast making and installation. Huge thank you to Ali who professionally handled the whole set up. We started with sheers and blackout in the bedroom and study. After installation we liked it so much that we also opted for sheers in the living room. Quick and perfectly done. Highly recommend.
