Dropped in after my exhaust decided to fall apart, tool me in right away and even though they obviously couldn’t properly fix it due to needing parts they spot welded it back up in place to get me on the road again. Super helpful super friendly. And the office Cat is worth the stop

Great service and prices on tires. Just got my uniroyal tiger paws 4 put on and was expecting the normal loud tunnel sound thst winter tires give off but when I was driving home it was whisper quiet like heaven. OMG these are the best winter tires I have ever had sound wise. Thank you so much!

I bought a brand new set of Kapsen Headking tires from Nelson Hill Tire and was shocked to find they were completely worn out after just 7,000 km. These tires should easily last 40,000–50,000 km under normal use. When I brought it up, they admitted they had never seen this kind of wear before — and still only offered to split the cost of replacement with me.
They suggested it could be an alignment issue with the vehicle, and although I don't believe it to be I offered to have them mounted and the car taken for an alignment. Upon failing I'd have no issue covering half the cost. However they were not interested in that.
I expected better accountability from a shop that sells and stands behind its products. If this is truly a rare issue, why am I being left on the hook for half the cost?
Very disappointed in both the product and the resolution offered.

I discovered a tear in the sidewall of my tire on my way to Halifax and had to stop in Elmsdale to try and have it replaced. Three businesses wouldn’t fit me in just long enough to replace it, but Nelson’s had the exact tire I needed and took my car in right away. Great people and very kind and efficient! If I lived in that area, I’d go to them every time! Thanks again!
