Reached to Nelco for help with a broken brake line retainer clip on BMW. Zach was courteous, helpful, and looked into the issue. Once he had the part, he reached out, got me scheduled and got the issue resolved in the most efficient way. Genuine parts, honest and skilled workmanship on the repair. I really appreciate their honesty, customer friendliness and approachability. Highly recommend Nelco for any German auto needs! I had a second experience bringing my car in a bit of a crunch to Zach and I’m again left amazed by his timeliness, helpfulness and attention to detail.

As many of you know finding a good mechanic you can trust is hard to say the least. Zack and his team are honest, upfront, do not over promise and deliver on what they say. I really appreciate that these days. If you are looking for honest work, give Nelco a try.

I recently had an oil change at Nelco German Auto Repair, and I was pretty impressed! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, providing service in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which is always a plus. While it wasn't the *absolute* best experience I've ever had, they definitely know their stuff and I felt my car was in good hands. Overall, I'd recommend them for anyone needing a reliable service!

Nelco is my go to shop for my vehicles. Zac is always super responsive and transparent about what I should be doing for my vehicles to keep them in tip top shape. I’ve gone to Nelco for oil changes, PPIs, suspension, parts installations and major services. In addition, it’s great that Nelco can support work on many different makes and model vehicles. They have excellent customer service and do great work.

This guy is good! Smart, knows his cars, and reasonably priced. Tells you the issues in a language you understand. He kind of rules….unless you prefer overpaying and being underserved. I’ve had two Porshes I brought here. Superb service.

Highly recommend Nelco German Auto Repair, exceptional and trustworthy service. Took my BMW X3 to Zach after going to a dealership, and found Zach’s service is more pleasant, efficient and professional. Zach did careful inspection on the BMW, and provided professional service without pushing unnecessary repairs. The issue was fixed swiftly and got my car back within a day. The clear and honest communication, detailing each step of the process, professional skills, makes them highly recommended for reliable auto repairs.

Zach was greeaat. He installed rear airbags on my BMW X6M same day! I came by late on a Thursday evening. He told me to bring it in the morning on Friday. By 1pm Friday my car was ready and driving like new again! THANK YOU ZACH!! Super honest prices, super clean work! Only mechanic that I will allow to work on the X6M. Im extremely happy!!
