I was truly cared for every step of the way; whether it was last-minute concerns I had given my younger age and the big scars, or minute questions that had nothing to do with the actual procedure, really anything and everything, the entire NPS team was there every step of the way with support.
Plastic surgery is a massive investment; physically, financially and emotionally. Unlike the status quo and the other big names in the industry, NPS clearly prioritizes the overall patient experience and satisfaction, which is incredible (in addition to the stellar surgical results, of course).
As a hospitality professional, I appreciate this integration of prioritizing the patient experience at every step, and I think what the NPS team is doing here is brilliant.
Beyond the patient care experience, my results at only 8 weeks post-op are INSANE - literally makes me want to cry. This man is a perfectionist and is worth every penny.

I’m sharing my experience with Neinstein Plastic Surgery so everyone knows that Dr. Neinstein and his colleagues are exceptional physicians. Not only are they highly skilled and qualified in their areas of expertise but they treat every patient so well. From the moment I walked into NPS for my consultation I was greeted with positive energy, compassion and kindness. I Immediately felt like I was “at home.” They answered every question, walked me through exactly what to expect. They gave me a price quote that was extremely reasonable and in market value throughout the country. Absolutely no pressure to schedule surgery. Plenty of time to think about it and quickly response to my follow up questions. Scheduling surgery was simple and transparent. Easy. They partner with amazing aftercare licensed nursing professionals at Radiant Recovery. Everyone at NPS and Radiant Recovery were so on top of my recovery. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Neinstein Plastic Surgery has been so terrible I found this to be necessary. I truly don’t want anyone else to go through this.
Following my procedure, I was left with a serious complication (symmastia) that has affected me for over a year. This isn’t about minor dissatisfaction—this is a major complication. See photos.
Initially Dr.Neinstein was always quick to call or text in the period after surgery, but after I brought this issue forward I was gaslit and ignored. He denied this was a mistake and then told me this is what Kylie Jenner has. Messages then went unanswered, calls are scheduled and then cancelled last minute, and overall I felt completely unsupported. There was a total lack of accountability.
I was not willing to return to NYC to have him do the repair so he referred me to a local surgeon and I have since had the symmastia repaired with new narrower implants. This surgeon confirmed the extent of the damage and explained that repair is extremely difficult and not even guaranteed.
Dr.Neinstein initially offered financial payment that covered some of the second corrective surgery, which gave me confidence that the situation would be handled properly. When the time came, that amount was reduced dramatically with no explanation, which was misleading and disappointing.
I am healing now and hoping for the best.
Between the significant cost of the surgeries and the additional expenses involved, this has been an enormous headache. More importantly, the physical and emotional toll—especially as a mother of young children—has been substantial.
The level of care, follow-through, and professionalism I experienced does not at all match the image this practice presents.

I just had a circumferential tummy tuck with lipo 360 and bbl and could not be happier! Pre-op everyone replied to my texts within minutes and then day of surgery -so calm! The surgery went so well and honestly pain is so minimal. Getting my appendix out was so much worse. Pain was probably at max a 2.5/10. The nurses from radiant are definitely worth it and so helpful. Dr. Neinstein is amazing and checked on me everyday and I’m already obsessed with my results and I’m still so swollen and at the beginning of my healing journey, so it will only get better from here! Could not recommend more! It’s worth it!

My pain was extremely well managed by Dr. Neinstein’s team, along with the amazing nurses from Radiant Nurses, and I never felt like I had to worry about anything other than healing and recovering.
One of the things that meant the most to me was that Dr. Neinstein personally checked on me every morning for the first three days after surgery. That level of care gave me so much confidence and reassurance during my recovery.
I would choose this practice again without hesitation. As they say, “Neinstein or nowhere!” I truly cannot thank Dr. Neinstein and his entire team enough for such a wonderful experience. My husband and family were also so grateful for the love, attention, and care they gave me.

I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to feel the way I do right now. Before choosing Dr. Anna Steve, I had consultations with multiple plastic surgeons who all agreed I would need a breast lift along with implants. I chose to move forward here because I trusted her work and had seen her results online and on Instagram. I also paid a $250 consultation fee, which is the highest I’ve paid, so I went in with high expectations.
During my consultation, I clearly explained that I wanted a lift along with implants and mesh. I specifically chose this practice because they offer mesh procedures.
My bill was not itemized. It only listed surgery, implants, and anesthesia. The mesh wasn’t listed, so I called the office to confirm and was told it was included. Based on that, I believed everything we discussed, including the lift, was part of the plan.
On the day of surgery, when I reviewed my consent, I questioned why the lift wasn’t listed. I brought this up to the nurse practitioner, who said she would speak to the doctor. When the doctor came in, I was told I did not need a lift and that my breasts were fine and symmetric, and that the implants and mesh would allow them to fall into place and give me the look I wanted. Based on that reassurance, I moved forward.
Since the day after surgery and throughout all my follow ups, I’ve expressed that I wasn’t happy. By around week 3, I noticed sagging and was told it would improve and fall into place by 6 months.
Now 6 months later, that didn’t happen. My breasts are sagging more than before, I can’t wear certain clothes I used to, and it has really affected my confidence.
At my recent visit, I was told a lift may not be safe and that I signed a consent that did not include it. While I understand consent is important, I had already brought this up before surgery and moved forward based on what I was told at that time. It was also frustrating that the details of our prior discussion did not seem to be clearly acknowledged.
I truly wish I had known before surgery that I was considered high risk for a lift. Had that been clearly explained to me from the beginning, I would have chosen a different surgeon who was comfortable performing the procedure I originally wanted. Instead, I moved forward based on reassurance that I did not need a lift and that the implants and mesh alone would give me the results I was looking for. Looking back, I feel misled, taken advantage of, and deeply disappointed after investing so much money and trust into this experience.
I’m honestly just very disappointed with my experience.

I had a breast reduction & lift by the famous Dr Anna Steve. I am someone who does not like hospitals or needles or doctors. The NPS office and team are both so amazing and calming I couldn’t imagine doing this anywhere else. I remember waking up on the other side and being so happy to be on the there with the best team. My pre-op nurses and postop nurses, nurse Tori and nurse Megan were so exceptional that I literally forgot what was happening to me. I had surgery with Dr Anna Steve thinking she is the best a year and half ago. I had went in 6 months in and said i wasn’t happy and was told to wait. I waited and went back again and she agreed to fix it yet she asked me to pay 35 k !!!! For a surgery she did so bad in the first place. I feel worse then i did the first time around . She doesn’t listen to ur concern and the practice itself says they care about their patients it’s all lies do not go to her you will be wasting your time money.

I had reconstructive surgery with Dr. Anna Steve about a year and a half ago, and the results have been absolutely devastating. My breasts are severely distorted and point in completely different directions. The left nipple is about 1.5 inches lower than the other, creating a shocking and very noticeable asymmetry.
This surgery has ruined not only the appearance of my breasts but also my emotional well-being. I feel humiliated every time I get dressed. Even the smallest amount of cleavage makes me extremely self-conscious, and wearing an open-back dress without a bra — which was the entire reason for my initial consultation — is now impossible.
I have never seen breasts looking distorted in push up bra!
What makes this even more upsetting is that I have consulted with other plastic surgeons about correcting the damage, and some of them have been hesitant to even take on my case because of the condition my breasts are in.
This experience has been deeply traumatic. I regret trusting Dr. Anna Steve with my body. The damage has affected my confidence, my daily life, and my mental health. I would strongly urge anyone considering surgery to think very carefully before making the same mistake I did.

I have been following Dr. Neinstein for about a year on Instagram, and I fell in love with how he treated his patients , then after doing my research, not only is Dr Neinstein an exceptionally talented surgeon ,but he’s a true artist. The way he performs his surgeries is like no other I’ve found. From the moment I had my consultation I felt more than a patient, I felt like family. They didn’t just focus on my procedure, they focused on me as a person. Nurse Mimi was so kind and caring while preparing me for the markups right before surgery and went over any questions I had and just again made me feel at ease. Dr Neinstein came in, marked me up and we walked across the hall into the operating room again, I felt so comfortable not nervous , or anxious or scared. The energy in the operating room was just calming. As I’m about to go under, Dr Neinstein came over, held my hand, talked to l me and before I knew it I woke up with a new body! ‘ A Birkin body’!
Now the fun part! I woke up In recovery with nurse, Maggie who took excellent care of me. She made sure I was comfortable, talked to me, didn't rush me wanted me to have the best experience. I wasn’t in there for long, which is a little unusual. I got up. I got dressed and out came the pink princess wheelchair and we were off to the Plaza hotel in style. I had all my nurse angles with me, Nicolette ,Rachel, & Alayia.
Once arriving in my room, it was all set up personalized to me, I felt so special. For my recovery nurses, I had booked Radiant Recovery Who was phenomenal! They handled all of my postop nursing needs. I was greeted by nurse Carli. She was an absolute gem. She was the kindest sweetest person who took excellent care of me and really got to know me on a personal level, which made my experience that much better. I couldn’t wait for the morning to come when Dr Neinstein does his patients rounds. His bedside manner is impeccable!!I felt like a family member sitting next to me having a cup of coffee with us, not my surgeon. The next day I had nurse Deana She was an absolute doll. She was patient kind and took excellent care of me. Dr Neinstein visited me the next morning again on a Saturday.
My postop nurses were Ashley & Tara, who are amazing and caring. They kept the Communication line open and made sure I was on track with all my meds, followed up with any questions that I had insured that everything I felt was normal. I was able to reach out to them anytime as well.

I knew immediately that he understood the assignment and that even though I was a thin person and worked hard at the gym, I had hit a wall.
