From the moment I walked into Dr. Neinstein’s office I felt like I was royalty. The office is absolutely gorgeous, and the entire staff is professional and knowledgeable beyond belief. I never thought I would make it to the happiest days of my life, that keep getting better and better. Dr. N assured me every step of the way that when I was done it would be the best life changing decision I ever made. He was 100% correct. A tummy tuck is no joke, and I wanted to set my recovery garment on fire!!!🤫🤫 However, Nurse Ashley was always on the other end of any text or phone call I sent. I am sure I drove her crazy, but I could not ask for a better or more patient nurse than her. Dr. N and Ashley were tireless in their kindness and patience. There is no other plastic surgeon that could match his skill, or his bedside manner. They sent flowers and special occasion gifts throughout my year long journey with them. What a beautiful touch! I am forever grateful that I met him, and for how wonderful he has made me look and feel at age 57.

After spending two years researching and following countless plastic surgeons, both locally in Miami and in other major cities, choosing Dr. Neinstein was truly the best decision I’ve ever made. I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Anna Steve and the entire team at Neinstein Plastic Surgery. From the receptionist, to meeting Emily—who is absolutely amazing—and finally meeting Dr. Anna Steve, my experience was incredible. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The clinic is clean, modern, and well-managed, and I always felt valued and cared for. Dr. Steve clearly explained every step of my treatment plan, ensuring that I understood all options before proceeding. I even returned with more questions, accompanied by my husband, and Dr. Steve was patient and thorough in answering all of our inquiries. She was kind, efficient, and never rushed, always making me feel safe and at ease throughout my visit and on the day of the surgery. She is an incredible doctor and a very special person. I have the biggest smile on my face when I look in the mirror now, and it's because of her. Everything about my experience with NPS has been lovely. This was my 3rd surgery (second revision) and the care I have received FAR exceeds anything I experienced prior. At the surgery center I was so well cared for and truly appreciated the kindness and patience of the staff. The nurses and anesthesiologist made me feel so comfortable and at ease the entire time, and Dr Anna was obviously wonderful (which is why I picked her!). My mother was with me and simply could not get over how professional and sweet every person we encountered was! She said she has never seen anything like it in her life at any doctor’s office. If you are looking for a highly personalized experience - NPS is it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I honestly can’t say enough good things about Neinstein Plastic Surgery. From the moment I walked in, I felt calm, cared for, and completely supported. Every single person made me feel like part of the family — it’s rare to experience that kind of warmth and genuine care in a medical setting. My pre-op nurse Rachelle was so kind and reassuring, helping me feel totally at ease before surgery. In recovery, Sharry was incredible — so gentle and comforting. The post-op team, Tara and Ashley, were amazing, always checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. My coordinator Bella made the entire process smooth, organized, stress-free, and took care of everything I needed. Becca my original coordinator helped me through really difficult family situation and postponed everything for me which took so much stress off. This is the TOP personal care you can find and I didn’t even know was existed. What really touched my heart was how they cared for my mom while she waited for me so worried during surgery — Mitch even brought her lunch and made sure she was comfortable. That’s the kind of thoughtful, family-level care that sets this practice apart. Dr. Neinstein’s daily visits and personal check-ins were the things I waited for the most and showed how deeply he cares about his patients. There is no one better than him! He is #1 TT surgeon in America but also such a kind soul. I have to also mention nurse Tori who was so sweet, patient, and caring every step of the way and gave me the best food rec. This entire experience felt like being surrounded by family who truly want the best for me. I’m beyond grateful to each and every person at Neinstein Plastic Surgery — you made me feel safe, loved, and cared for when I was most vulnerable and needed it the most.

Dr. Ryan Neinstein is an exceptional plastic surgeon who cares about his patients. I am a mom of four who had diastasis recti and loose skin from having large babies and needed an extended tummy tuck. He performed and extended tummy tuck with lipo 360 and used no drains for my procedure. After years of searching I knew once I had the initial consultation with him this was the right surgeon. Bella his coordinator goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the tools you need to be prepared. His expertise and compassionate approach made me feel comfortable. He thoroughly explained the procedure, addressing all of my concerns. The surgery itself was a seamless experience thanks to Dr. Neinstein and the attentive care of his team. They have the exparel shot, which really helps with having little to no pain the first few days after surgery. Nurses Ashley and Tara had pre op phone calls with me weeks leading up to my surgery and still check up on me daily answering my texts with any questions I have. My recovery Nurses Tori and Maggie were the sweetest, they were both so caring they made the initial wake up so comfortable. They brought me to my hotel across the street and set up my room so that once I got there I would feel at ease. The aftercare nursing with Radiant Recovery helped make my first few days after surgery comfortable and worry free. The morning after surgery Dr Neinstein came to my hotel to check up on how I was doing. While he was out of town for a convention Nurse Ashley came and so did Dr. Funderburk to check up on me. The NPS practice is the best. I am 4 weeks out and I am so happy with the results. I am profoundly grateful for his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone considering this type of surgery dealing with post pregnancy abdominal issues. It truly is "Neinstein or Nowhere."

After pregnancy, I was left with a severe diastasis (2–3 inches) along with an umbilical hernia that no amount of diet and exercise or treatments could fix. I did everything; pelvic floor therapy, microneedling, Emsculpt, strength training, Pilates, yoga yet I still lived with a separation that left me with the inability to sit up out of bed and constant back pain that was often debilitating. Beyond the physical toll, it deeply impacted my confidence, especially in a bikini. I consulted numerous doctors, many of whom told me I’d be a “hard case” or that they simply weren’t used to seeing fit bodies like mine. One even suggested bringing in a general surgeon to help. After lamenting to my pilates trainer, she recommended I reach out to one of Dr. Neinstein's former patients. I was hesitant with the idea of traveling for surgery but after hearing about her experience, and meeting Dr. Neinstein, I knew I couldn't choose another surgeon. From the very beginning, he approached my situation with a problem-solving mindset instead of hesitation or doubt. The morning of surgery, I was filled with anxiety. But when Dr. Neinstein walked in, he took one look at me and said with total confidence, “Oh, this is going to be amazing. I’m going to change your life.” My husband and I immediately felt at ease. And he was right. I’m only a month out, but the results are truly life changing. For the first time, I can feel my core working together as one unit. My back feels supported, my posture has improved, and I already feel stronger and more confident than I have in years. The Neinstein team has been incredible, especially as an out-of-state patient. They made me feel supported every step of the way. There is nowhere else I'd recommend.

I came to Neinstein for a Lutronic Ultra Laser facial and the team made my experience so easy, seamless, and painless. There was no waiting time, and Mia welcomed me immediately and brought me to Nurse Tara who explained the procedure and it was over in less than 15 minutes, no numbing needed! My skin already looks fantastic and I highly recommend going to Neinstein if you’re in need of a fast and easy skin refresh.

I am six days post op from a circumferential abdominoplasty with Dr Neinstein. As a physician, I extensively searched the country for the best surgeon to meet my individual needs and repair a complex muscle defect that prevented me from hitting my goals in the gym and life. To say I hit the lottery is an understatement. This man, the NPS team, his colleagues are all top notch. They care, are available always and prioritize your healing. Every single decision he makes medically and surgically is based on extensive research, evidence and incredibly high volume of cases in this niche field. This is where the art meets the science in medicine. I was booked with another surgeon and few questions or clearances were requested from that surgeon, even with my complex medical history. Dr Neinstein wanted all the T's crossed and I's dotted. At six days out, I have 0-1/10 pain and feel locked in on the plan going forward (my c-sections were much worse). I cannot thank NPS enough for their love and care. When they says "it's neinstein or nowhere" ...just go, just book it, prepare yourself physically as much as you possibly can and trust the glorious NPS team do the rest!

Dr. Neinstein is truly the king of transformation! His artistry, compassion, and personal follow-ups made my experience flawless. The entire team: Bella, Mitch, Nicolette, Dr. Markovic, Sherry, Ashley, and Tara, were caring, professional, and genuinely kind. Even the lovely girls at the front desk were so welcoming and sweet! I felt supported every step of the way and couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Neinstein handled everything with such precision, expertise, and genuine care. He personally visited me several times after surgery to check on my progress and even called and sent messages to make sure I was doing well, which meant the world to me. Bella was incredible at organizing everything and making my surgery happen on short notice. She was so patient, attentive, and reassuring throughout the entire process, truly the heart that keeps everything running smoothly. Mitch made sure the financial process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. He was so kind, responsive, and thoughtful in making everything easy and clear, which gave me complete peace of mind. Nurse Nicolette made me feel calm and fully prepared before surgery, walking me through every detail. Dr. Markovic was so kind and reassuring, when I told her I was nervous about having the IV on the back of my wrist and preferred it in my inner elbow, she smiled and said, “Done, that’s where we’ll place it.” That small act of care made all the difference. Nurse Sherry was my guardian post-op. She was there when I woke up after anesthesia, checked my vitals, made sure I was comfortable, and later helped the radiant nurse take me safely to the hotel, ensuring everything was perfect. Nurse Ashley followed up daily on my incision and even visited me at the hotel to check on my healing. Her gentle nature and genuine warmth made me feel so cared for, she truly brightened my recovery. And last but definitely not least, Nurse Tara, who made sure I left New York glowing! She arranged my skin boosters, Botox, and laser treatments before my flight home, adding the perfect finishing touch to my experience. Even though she was fully booked the weekend my sister was visiting, she still made the effort to come over for a patient pop-in and treated my sister, who was in urgent need of Botox before traveling, truly going above and beyond. From start to finish, I felt cared for, supported, and genuinely valued. I couldn’t recommend Dr. Neinstein and his entire team enough, their dedication, kindness, and attention to every detail truly set them apart. 🤍🤍🤍

Overall, I had such a great experience and can’t wait to see the full results in a few days. Dr. Neinstein and his practice have been on my radar for years. He and his team have a beautiful reputation in plastic surgery with Dr. Neinstein being described as a 'pioneer of plastics'. This reputation reached me, by word of mouth, halfway across our country in Texas. I had a virtual consult with Dr. Neinstein that felt so validating that I decided to move forward. Being many states away meant there was a fair amount of planning (travel + kids + husband + biz owner...all the things!) but NO WORRY, Bella, patient coordinator was more than helpful and assisted me along the way. To say I am pleased with my experience and results would be an understatement. The combination of Dr. Neinstein's skill, artistry and bedside manner has already made me feel more like myself than I have in some years. I also felt heard, cared for and supported, especially by N.P.s Tara and Ashley and R.N.s Maggie and Tori. I am incredibly grateful for this experience and the chance to feel free again in my own skin.
