Duncan and his team are in a league of their own. From onset, when meeting with Stacy and Duncan, there was care and compassion. During trial, Duncan’s expertise, knowledge, and style were 2nd to none. The level of preparation, the calibre of experts, the ease in which this team made things appear helped to relieve the additional stress of going through trial. Duncan’s cross examination was impeccable, making the defence appear as though they’ve never been to trial. Putting our trust into the hands of the team outside of our home province of Alberta, and in particular, the team at Neinstein was the best decision we made.
