My husband Dave and I purchased a house in Saddle Star Estates in Rockwall and moved in the middle of November. We had solar panels and a battery system in our previous home, and we wanted to have a similar system in our new home. With the end of the tax rebate approaching in December 2025, we had to move quickly to complete all the paperwork. Thanks to Jaime Yepez with the Saddle Star Homeowners Association Neighborhood Management Company, he helped me expedite the process in about 3 weeks, which could have taken much longer. Our solar panel company was able to expedite the city permit so we are ready to have the solar panels installed before the end of 2025. Thanks for all your help Jaime Yepez!!
My husband and I have only lived in the Meadow Park area for a few weeks and have been very happy we moved here. I talked with Denise today about some HOA questions and she was so delightful. She answered my questions and helped me get our account up and running. She was very patient as I am not that tech savvy!!! Thanks again Denise.

Angela Spikes is beyond incompetent. She consistently targets individuals within our HOA sending fines without providing written warnings of the violation. When I’ve requested these fines to be removed or proof of the warning violations, I am insulted and not provided with the information that I request. How she still has a job is amazing….
