I’m not one to write reviews but I think some feedback is needed and well deserved. I was scouting around for a ceramic guy for my mom’s Tesla as a Christmas present. I narrowed it down to calling only 5 star reviews. First guy I spoke with was ok, straight to the point and prices seemed fair. Second and third calls were clearly trying to get their money, almost doubling first guy’s prices. Then there was Ben - the Best always saved for last! Ben answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. I wanted quotes with this, without that, what if I add this, or subtract that… would it be cheaper? Ben’s pricing was on point with the first guy - the difference is Ben took time to explain the why. His prices were already reasonable yet he was open to working with me even if I was in haggle or bargain mode. To make a long story longer, Ben won me over by having such a kind and patient aura about him. I was initially just doing my parents Tesla but decided to do their old BMW too. Ben’s deal for 2 cars was too good to pass up! My parents ended up doing their own ceramic coating without my knowledge! So now I can only give feedback on the BMW! First Ben is just as kind and patient in person as he was on the phone!! Second, Ben is professional, punctual, and also puts you at ease as soon as you meet him. Third, whaaaaaat?! Ben just made a 2012 BMW look like it was brand new and at least 10 years younger! Old girl was beautiful inside and out. Please if you’re canvassing as I was - just call Ben now! Ben won’t high ball you or talk down about other places to get your business. Ben answered my questions, gave me reasonable quotes, and prices that were beyond fair. On top of all that he did an amazing (I’m still in shock) ceramic and interior detail of the car. Old girl got the best glow up ever! Thank you for her Ceramic Botox Ben!!! I am a customer for life.

TL;DR: Ben was amazing! Very kind, responsive, and super professional. He came to my house the same day, handled a really stressful mess with care, and made my car look brand new. Affordable pricing and truly 10/10 service. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Full Review: I cannot say enough good things about Ben and the service he provided. I had a pretty big and stressful situation ... my dog had an accident and there was a significant amount of blood in my backseat. From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding, which immediately helped calm my nerves. He did a full interior detailing job on my car, which is entirely cloth, including the seats and that super absorbent nylon cut-pile carpet. I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to get everything out, but he somehow managed it. My interior looks beautiful, and I haven’t seen my car this clean since I first drove it off the lot. Ben listened carefully to my concerns and tailored the service to exactly what I needed. He came to my house the same day, arrived fully prepared with all of his own equipment, and his work was incredibly thorough. On top of the amazing work, his pricing was very affordable and he was extremely responsive throughout the whole process. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. 10/10 across the board. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a detailer who truly cares

Ben was very personable, professional and performed an excellent job on performing an exterior detail on my Corvette C8. It was very dirty and caked in pollen, water spots, sap, and it wasn’t doable for my usual self maintenance wash location or routine. I needed a mobile detailer with Di water and equipment to tackle this. Ben has a well equipped arsenal and treated the vehicle well, and spotless. He came to my location and actively collaborated on a location we could both park at. He notified me in a timely manner at beginning and end of the service. I’m glad I hired Ben and would highly recommend to anyone needing a thorough clean, especially those who don’t have access to free running water and want a much better + safer job than those horrendous drive through car washes.

Absolutely the best detailing company out there! I told Ben my situation when I tried to buff out a few scratches on my mom’s GMC Sierra truck. I totally messed up. Ben assured me that he could fix the Problem since it’s not deep and it’s over the clearcoat. And that’s what he did now that truck looks beyond amazing and very shiny. I highly recommend neighborhood mobile detailing to anyone looking for a cleaning to their vehicle. This company is beyond five stars. I Will definitely be using them again!

Ben and his team did an excellent job! Someone get my car on the side leaving some paint residue it looked so bad. Not only did Ben clean the inside and outside but did an excellent job with removing the paint damage! I will definitely be using them again for monthly cleaning of my car!! Thanks Ben and Team!

So glad I found Neighborhood Mobile Detailing! I bought a brand new car this year and refuse to take it to Soapy Joes and ruin her pretty paint job. Ben helped me out with my first wash. He was so nice and helped me with products I could use on my own. What helped me out was after I drove through a freshly paved road! I had tar splattered on my entire brand new white car!! Ben was able to come to my house quickly and figure out what to do to get it off. He quoted me 6-8 hours for removal. Yes it was that bad! But once I dropped my car off, he assured me he would try to get it off as quickly and safely as possible. He really came through because he ended up finishing in 3 hours, which saved me a ton of money! Thanks so much Ben!!! You are the best!

You know when you read the reviews, that you will get an excellent service for your money. We booked two "Mini-detailing" services through Ben, and are VERY pleased with the outcomes. Ben and Joseph showed up to both jobs (different days) and spent 2+ hours each day cleaning every nook and cranny of our daughter's 2019 White Jeep Patriot ($199) and our 2021 Black Ram 2500 ($249). Neither vehicle had been previously detailed as we are usually "do it ourselves" type of people. Wow were we impressed by the professional services of Neighborhood Mobile Detailing.
