I came in for a pregnancy-related concern and had such an amazing experience from the moment I walked in. The facility itself was incredibly clean, quiet, and calming, which immediately put me at ease during what could have been a stressful visit.
Britney welcomed us when we arrived and was extremely kind and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and set a very positive tone for the visit. Shortly after, Rob came in to check my vitals and kept the atmosphere light and comfortable, which I truly appreciated.
My nurse, Tammy, was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made sure I felt taken care of the entire time and explained everything clearly so I always knew what was going on. It really meant a lot to feel so supported.
Dr. Patel was also fantastic. He was calm, reassuring, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed or dismissed. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully and made me feel confident and comfortable with the care I received.
If you ever need private ER services, I highly recommend this place. The entire team went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, heard, and cared for. I’m incredibly grateful for the compassion and professionalism shown by everyone there. Thank you all so much!
