We had our roof replaced 10 years ago by Northeast Builders Roofing. They weren’t the cheapest or most expensive, but scheduled it, showed up on time, did exceptional work and cleaned up everything. I had climbed onto the roof last week to clean my chimney and noticed some slight cracking in one section that has rolled roofing. I called yesterday to have them check it out. Dave came today, resealed all the cracks as part of preventive maintenance, and inspected the entire roof. Done in 1 hour he said it should be trouble free for another 5 years. Highly recommend this company to anyone in the Quiet Corner area of Connecticut. Ken Kelly

Quick, efficient, professional and a great looking roof, what more can you ask for? We noticed a stain on the ceiling. My husband called after dinner by noon the next day, Dave promptly gave us an estimate. The numerous workers all had their expertise and the job was done within 6 hours . Scott and his crew are fantastic. We had a portion of our roof replaced by Scott in October of 2022. The original roof, installed by another contractor, was improperly installed and after 6 failed attempts by the original contractor to fix a leak we gave up. Scott & his crew took care of the issue in 1 day. 2.5 years later we had some shingles blow off in high winds causing a leak. Called Scott, he fixed it within 24 hours!! He stands by his work! Highly recommend!

I had Scott do 2 different roofs (my home and a rental property). I could not have been happier with the entire process. Scott kept me updated when he was coming to do the work, and his crew did top notch work and left the place just as neat as when they arrived. He even took money off the bill because it looked like there were 2 layers of shingles to strip and there ended up being only one. Best guys around!!

One day service to replace the roof. Workers arrive sharply at 7:30 completed the work at 3:30. New attic fan was added owner came out personally to connect it on a Saturday. Very professional clean up with excellent would highly recommend them!

I contacted Scott knowing we had a roof and sky light job for him, but I wasn’t aware of big it really was. He came out promptly with a positive attitude and sent his team out shortly after. They had great workmanship and eye for detail. They worked so well together and went above and beyond, while working in the INSANE heat… They had to replace more than what was expected, and with no problem at all, it only took 2 days! They also did a great job with the clean up..I would highly recommend Scott Perry and his team!

Working with Scott and his crew was a great experience. I booked a couple months ahead of time and they showed up as scheduled. His crew was fast and thorough. They did a great job of covering up my extensive plantings and then cleaning up completely, even searching through bushes for errant nails with a magnet. The roof looks great, and the high quality Owens Corning shingles should last a long time. There was some residual grit from the installation that ended up on the metal roof of my porch. It did not wash off in the rain. I called Scott and he sent someone over the next business day to blow off the debris. NBR has been around a long time and I'm confident they will be around should I need any repairs in the future. Highly recommended.
