Our experience with this company started off poorly and got worse from there.
They refused to visit the house to see the job in person, insisting we choose their services through an online form, then had us send them multiple sets of pictures. They made little effort to learn about the job prior to their arrival or to explain anything.
The house belonged to my partner's late brother and the cleaning was coincidentally scheduled for the 1 year anniversary of his death, which we told them.
Their website says 1 cleaner, we agreed to 2, yet 4 actually showed up. Were they going to charge us double the agreed amount? Work half the agreed time? Who knows? Again, nothing was discussed, and what had been agreed on had changed without warning, so your guess is as good as mine.
The first three people were delightful, but the fourth worker was preceded by his ego and radiated attitude from the start.
The fourth worker started condescendingly accusing us of booking the wrong service like we were trying to get away with something, with no explanations about what any of the terms he was using actually meant. Apparently we were supposed to magically understand the details of their business model all on our own. A later visit to their website shows the service he was saying we should have booked is listed as a subtype of the one we had booked, so it makes even less sense now than it did at the time.
After two significant unilateral alterations to our agreement in under 10 minutes, we expressed frustration and doubts about continuing with the service.
The fourth worker's response? "TAKE A CHILL PILL, MAN!"
That made the decison easy. While we were looking forward to working with the other 3 people, enduring one more minute, let alone a full (half?) day, of this worker's attitude was unimaginable. We cancelled the service on the spot and asked them to leave, which they did.
The fourth worker returned a few minutes later to retrieve some tools he'd forgotten, giving a non-apology for the "misunderstanding". Since there was such a dizzying array of "misunderstandings" to choose from at this point, the failure to communicate continued unchanged.
He also tried to use "defending his coworkers" as an excuse for his behaviour. As I said above, the other 3 people were wonderful and needed no defending as they'd done absolutely nothing wrong. We had, genuinely, been looking forward to working with them.
When we pushed back on his non-apology, he once again quickly descended into aggressive defensiveness, thus confirming that we had, indeed, made the correct decision in firing them.
Most of this could have been avoided by a simple 15-minute visit to the house in the beginning. Their communication throughout was abysmal, as was their failure to follow through on what we'd agreed to.
In the end, the final straw was one worker's inability to control his outsized ego.
We have been using Neatology for close to 1 year now for our home and office and have been pleased with their work. They are very punctual and always aim to please. We highly recommend Neatology if you are in need of someone professional and reliable.

Keelin and Sarah did a fantastic and thorough clean on our home. They were attentive to detail and open to requests I made regarding how I'd like some things cleaned. Our applicances are gleaming, baseboards clean, and cobwebs all gone! Excellent work ladies, thank you!

Outstanding! Jayla cleaned our house today and did a fantastic job. She was on time, really friendly, and very attentive. We have an elderly cat and little baby so I was concerned about chemical use but Shandi in the office made sure this was conveyed ahead of time and that it was no issue at all. Evan went above and beyond on a recent move-out clean for our four bedroom house. Originally booked in for only four hours, since it was a last minute booking. He was able to clean all rooms and surfaces, as well as inside all the appliances, windows, vents, etc. Totally exceeded my expectations! And thank you, Tasha for getting the job booked in on such short notice!
