Holiday at Ndaka We had the most incredible stay at Ndaka Safari Lodge, and it was truly a holiday to remember. From the moment we arrived, the warmth of the staff and the beauty of the reserve made us feel right at home. We stayed in a lovely glamping tent called **Impala**, and it was absolutely amazing. There is nothing quite like waking up and watching impalas, giraffes, and a variety of birds right from your bedroom. It felt so immersive and peaceful. We even spent some dedicated time bird watching from our deck, which was a real highlight. Our field guide, **Hala**, was exceptional. He is a true fountain of knowledge and has an incredible knack for finding the best spots for animal sightings and picturesque picnics. We were incredibly lucky to see lions first thing on our very first drive! While the leopard remained elusive this time, we successfully saw **four of the Big Five**. Even when the weather turned a bit chilly, the lodge had us covered with cozy ponchos on the vehicles to keep us snug. Traveling with my **7 year old**, I was so impressed by how kid friendly the lodge is. She had a fantastic time! Between the swimming pool and the dedicated kids area filled with games and activities, there was never a dull moment for her. The staff are all so wonderful and go above and beyond to ensure everyone is looked after. If you are looking for a family friendly safari experience that feels both luxurious and authentic, Ndaka is the place to be. We can't wait to come back! Thank you to all the staff who trully made it exceptional for us.

This was one of the best luxury game lodges I have stayed at. Travelling on safari with young kids is never easy but the staff at Ndaka made this trip truly memorable. We ate like princesses and princess, got treated like kings and queens and slept like lions in our safari tents. The outdoor shower, luxury bath and whole experience was something truly special.

Back for the third time This was our third time at Ndaka, and it didn’t disappoint. Over the years, Ndaka has just got even better. I loved the evening meals around the fire pit and the breakfast overlooking a watering hole. The staff are always fantastic and this year was no exception. Our game ranger, Hala was incredible. Everyone back at camp where amazing but special mention to Fana and Olivia for being so engaging and delightful. Thank you so much.

Geared for Kids! Such a wonderful holiday if you have a young family. This place is geared for kids and to let parents relax and enjoy the time away. This was our second trip and we also noted they have upgraded a few things within the lodge rooms since out last stay, as well and the resident zebra and giraffe at the gate on arrival in the playground. Friendly staff which makes you feel like part of the Ndaka family. This is going to be an annual trip fav of ours! Highly recommend!

Spoilt from the very moment you arrive ! We spent 2 wonderful days at Ndaka Safari Lodge. The staff know your name from the moment you arrive and just can't do enough for you. The rooms in the old farmhouse lodge are so beautifully decorated and ideally situated for our family, which included our two granddaughters aged 4 years and 7 months old. As for the food, absolutely "out of this world". Amon was our knowledgeable Ranger and we thoroughly enjoyed every minute on our game drives with him.

Wir haben eine nacht in der Lodge verbracht. Das hieß einmal später Game-Drive und einem aufstehen zum Game-Drive zu Sonnenaufgang. Jeweils mit kleinem Stop zur Erfrischung mit Getränken. Bereits am Ankunftstag konnten wir viele Tiere bestaunen. Elefant, Giraffenmamas mit Jungen, Nashörner, Impalas, eine Löwin, einen Schakal... Der nächste Morgen brachte noch mehr Nashörner, Wasserbüffel, Warzenschweine, Zebras, Impalas und einige mehr. Der Service, das Essen und das Zimmer waren wunderbar. Auch die ganzen Mitarbeiter und natürlich unser wunderbarer Guide Themba!!! Er hat uns neben den ganzen Details zu den Tieren auch über die Traditionen und Hintergründe der Zulus informiert und alle Fragen mit Freude beantwortet.

Best Game Reserve Experience We had the most amazing time at Ndaka. We took our 7 and 9 year old and they had the best experience. Our ranger, Ben, was so knowledgable and made the drives fun and interactive for the kids. All the staff were wonderful and they all made extra effort to make us feel special and looked after. Don’t go anywhere else, this place is incredible! We took our 3 children for their first safari experience and I’m so pleased we chose Ndaka. This place is simply out of this world. What makes it so incredible is the small attention to detail and the outstanding staff who make your stay truly special. The food was SO delicious (and I can be quite fussy) and they catered so well for the kids too. The game drives were exceptional- mainly due to our wonderful and knowledgeable ranger Lungelo. We saw so much! He was so great with the kids too. The tents were beautiful, so comfortable and with amazing views. I think what makes this place magical is the staff. Hospitality at its best. It’s just perfect. My only regret is that we didn’t stay long enough. Thank you Ndaka for the amazing memories.

Best bush trip at Ndaka Safari Lodge Our family (kids 8 and 9) spent four unforgettable nights at Ndaka Safari Lodge and it was truly spectacular from start to finish. Every single game drive was special — we were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five, including elephants up close and a leopard lounging on a rock. One of the absolute highlights was spotting a cheetah and her four cubs — something we will never forget. The staff were exceptional: warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our stay memorable. You can feel the pride they take in what they do. The accommodation was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to relax. and enjoy some peace. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and already talking about when we can go back. Highly recommend!

A truly special place How can you sum up the experience of Ndaka in a review? Some places leave a lasting memory, a feeling that you can't really describe in words. Ndaka is one of those places. The people, the animals, the rooms, the food...all incredible. It's evident how much the staff really care about each other and their guests. They really take care of you and work so hard to ensure you have a great experience. The food was incredible, I'm still thinking about the lamb curry, the desserts, the breakfast biscuits, and the delicious wood-fired pizza. The rooms are beautiful, we had some of our best sleeps at Ndaka. Our daily game drives were by far the highlight of our entire trip to South Africa. Nothing like a sun-downer in the bush. Experiencing these majestic animals in their natural habitat is truly life-changing and made even better by our knowledgable guide Ben...who I think knew every plant, insect, bird, and animal in the South African bush. Our kids (and us) learnt so much and we can't wait to return.

Raised the bar again and again From the moment you arrive at Ndaka, you can tell you’re in for a once in a lifetime experience. There is a level of excellence and attention to detail that permeates through the entire lodge. The scenery, animals and facilities are all amazing, but what really makes Ndaka special is the staff. Every interaction with a member of staff was excellent. The guides, the waiters, the front of house staff, everyone you interact with is friendly and attentive. I hesitate to share all of the little details that made everything so special because I truly believe the surprises and constantly raising the bar is what made our stay so magical. Every day we woke up thinking that things couldn’t possibly be better than the previous day, and every day we had our expectations blown out of the water. Our guide, Themba, did an amazing job during our game drives and we saw all the animals we wanted to see and learned so much during our stay. Honestly, the worst part about Ndaka is that it made everywhere else we’ve stayed feel sub par in comparison. Thank you to everyone at Ndaka for being so excellent. I have never stayed anywhere that I could so easily recommend to anyone. We will definitely be back!

Ndaka - Nambiti - bush experience supreme What and incredible experience.the staff were amazing, or guide, Bongani, had a wealth of knowledge and 50/50 vision at spotting game - tiny chameleon to lion. Accommodation and food were superb value for money spent. I'd return in a heartbeat.
