Eddie and a colleague came out to inspect our current water setup and took the time to clearly explain all the factors to consider when it comes to water quality and filtration. Their expertise and willingness to educate us made the decision process easy and confident. We ended up selecting their whole-home filtration system, and the installation team was fantastic. They arrived exactly when they said they would, completed everything in a timely manner, and were friendly, professional, and happy to answer all our questions along the way. The company was completely straightforward about pricing, what would be done, and the different system options available. We really appreciated their transparency and the simplicity of the all-in-one solution. We’re very happy with our new water filtration system and are already noticing the difference. NC Water Consultants. We are very happy with our new whole house filtration system including a reverse osmosis process in the kitchen which includes instant hot water. We got other quotes and we got a better system here than the competition offered at a reasonable price. They showed up on time for installation, the crew was super conscientious, they laid down plastic on the floors and were very polite. They did a great job with the installation, it took about 5 hours, and they made sure there was no leakage and that the pressure was good before they left. Water taste great and love the instant hot for tea and coffee. We would definitely recommend them to others.

After getting an expensive well clean out to see if it fixed the discoloration in our water (it didn't), we looked into other filtration options as I suspected we had a lot of iron in the well water. It tasted fine, but obviously the color showed the content was concerning. We were going through the replaceable filters every week or two. I initially spoke with Eddie on the phone, and then had a consultation. Eddie came out to test our water and to show us the contents of the water, the risks of these contents and the difference a new system could make. I felt like I could ask questions and make my own decision after the process, which is important as the system is quite expensive... but healthy drinking water is important. We decided to go with the full whole-house filtration system, and the entire process went smoothly. The team was flexible with scheduling, even accommodating us when we needed to get an outdoor shed set up before installation. They returned promptly once everything was ready and handled the installation efficiently and professionally. They explained how the system worked, went over the salt process, and made sure all our questions were answered. The crew cleaned up everything afterward and left no mess behind. Our water is now noticeably clearer and cleaner. We did have to flush the hot water tank for a bit to remove the remaining color, and some to sticks around for hot water, but that’s likely due to residue in the tank itself. The reverse osmosis system in the kitchen is great—especially with its dedicated faucet (included)—and we love that it’s also connected to our fridge for easy access to great-tasting water (they did the work in the kitchen to run the connections). The only “heads-up” I’d give to future customers (about the system itself, not the company) is that the water can feel a bit “silky.” They explained this in advance—it’s not a problem, but it can make it tricky to tell when all the soap is rinsed out of your hair and some may have to get used to it. Overall, we’re very happy with the system, the service, and how professional and accommodating the entire team was. Two different payment options, a lease and outright. Would recommend if you need a water filtration and a reliable team!

NC Water Consultants did a fabulous job recommending and installing the right water softening and UV cleaning system for our well water... as well as recommending an RO system for the upper and lower kitchens. I had sales pitches from other companies whose systems were less expensive, however, those companies could not answer basic questions and give me technical specifications of their systems nor a comprehensive approach on how to resolve issues we were having. Eddie could answer all our questions and back up his selling points with information we could verify online as well as leaving us with material we could look through. I was hesitant about the necessity of an RO system for our drinking water when we were going through the expense of installing a whole house softener with pre/post filters as well as a UV light and I definitely didn't want to give up space under my sink, but I am SO happy we added the system. I waited over a month to post this because I wanted to be sure I could see and feel a difference. I definitely can - no more white limescale build up, nothing floating in our drinking water, using less soap and detergents, we have softer skin (no more dry itchy skin) and no build up on hair (ladies you know what I mean), our water pressure is actually better than when we started and finally...we all agree our drinking water tastes better. Even though we didn't feel we had any issue with our original drinking water (no funny smells or taste and it was filtered through our refrigerator) it is now just better. He said it would be better; that we would be happy and he delivered. His installation team were experts who did an amazing job; they explained what they were doing along the way and answered additional questions we had as we thought of them. So courteous and professional! Worth it to buy this system from this company.

They were able to meet with us on a very short timeline and walked us through our options to improve the quality of our well water. They took time to explain things thoroughly and gave us several options to address the concerns we had. Once we agreed on the approach they returned the next week and installed a full system in a day. The entire team was courteous and provided us with explanations for the questions we had. After installation it was immediately obvious that the system they installed provided us with clean and pure water. From the free water test to installation to now two months living with the new system, Eddie and his team have provided top-notch service. We hadn't lived in our home for more than a few days when it became apparent that our water wasn't healthy for us or our house. In fact, we have now learned that issues raised during our home inspection were a result of the water composition. Eddie's chemistry demonstration identified the problems with our water and explained why we had corrosion visible in our plumbing. Not only did NCWC install our new whole-house filtration system, but they also did plumbing repairs to reverse damage that had been done. We are so happy to have safe water to drink and water that is friendly to our new home's plumbing. Thank you, NCWC!

Carolina Water Consultants have delivered on their promise! I have lived on this property for almost 17 years and had another plumber install a water filter several years ago, but it didn’t completely filter out the silt and hard water that was coming from our well. I still had to disconnect the water hoses to my clothes washer and clean the deposits out of the filters every other month, which was a timely, messy task. I thought this was just something that we’d have to live with for the foreseeable future. Enter Carolina Water Consultants. We have been impressed with how clean our water has been since Mr. Hogue and his crew installed a reverse osmosis system in our home. The first time I washed my hands after the installation, I kept running water over them after the suds had been rinsed away because the water was so soft that they felt like there was still soap on them. My daughter and I both have long hair and have noticed that less of our hair is left in the drain after showering. We used to get a black ring around our toilets that we would have to clean weekly from the well-water deposits, but that is no longer an issue. While the installation is a little pricey and there are semiannual costs (maybe more or less depending on your system), I believe the investment is well worth the cost. Having cleaner water not only will extend the life on our appliances (washer, dishwasher, etc) that utilize our water, but also is better for our health We’re no longer consuming the deposits in our well’s hard water. The whole crew was friendly, informative, and respectful of our property. We have had the system for a few months and are impressed with the results! Carolina Water Consultants is the way to have cleaner water in your home!
