I had an incredibly alarming experience with NC Vintage. My mother and I went shopping here last Sunday and purchased less than $50 worth of items. On Monday, a separate charge of nearly $10,000 posted to the account. When we reached out to the owners to resolve the issue, they completely ignored us with no response to resolve the issue. We ultimately had to escalate the matter and contact the owner of Southland to resolve the issue. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before shopping here.

This issue was brought up to us after hours at 8pm. The customer left a message on Facebook. We replied and told her that we would contact Southland to resolve the issue asap and that it was after hours so it might not get resolved immediately. Southland solved the issue before and refunded the customer by 11am the next day. Customer is complaining and this type of review shouldn't be allowed on Google!
My daughter and I were wrapping up our vacation in the OBX and stopped here en route to our last destination. The store is small but it is very clean with a nice variety of items. Prices are very fair and none of the products are dirty or junky. I bought a decanter and a perfume bottle. My daughter got some Beanie Babies. Cashier was friendly.
This is a fabulous store with the best finds at reasonable prices! All kinds of cool things to browse through. The ladies working in the shop were so kind and friendly! Well worth the drive from VA to NC. Perfect way to spend a weekend day especially if your into collecting or antiques!
Such a great store! I love all the displays and the inventory is constantly changing. The prices are great! I got a beautiful set of vintage Pyrex bowls and a really cute wooden baby chair. I love following online, you can see all the new things as they put them out! Great experience shopping there... I highly recommend!!
This store is unique and always a good experience! Very reasonable prices. There are many different vendors inside with a real variety of vintage items. They’re minutes over the VA/NC border, so they are convenient to both Virginia and North Carolina customers.
