I discovered Naylor’s through a mutual acquaintance and someone that has been bringing their vehicles to them for years and I have to say that this place is beyond professional and thorough. I’ve never been to a auto mechanic that is thorough as these guys are. You might get shocked at all the stuff they find, but they do provide pictures and explanations of why, which I appreciate. And the fact that they give you the option to do the repair or not. Very accommodating I plan on bringing all my equipment here
I have brought 2 different vehicles here for close to 6 years. I’ve never had a bad experience. I’ve always received good communication, reasonable estimates and reliable repairs. Several times they have completed repairs and maintenance quicker than they promised. I’ve only shopped an estimate around town once. I especially appreciate the digital reports and estimate software they use. The courtesy cars are an excellent service as well.
