Amazing service! Navitex received my unit on the Tuesday afternoon and by the Wednesday morning it was done, I received a video showing it working and it was back on its way to me. Contacted NaviTex to confirm issue With MIB unit was covered and timely comms to alleviate my concerns, sent unit in via Parcelforce which was delivered Tuesday, had the unit back and fully working again on the Friday, excellent service and comms and would highly recommend for your repair 👍

Don't go anywhere else. Andrei fixed my VW HK head unit and it's been working perfectly for the last 3 months. VW asked me for 2k. Other companies, who I guess use Navitex were putting a heaby markup on repair. Go direct and keep your decent kit working for years to come.
