PCM 3.1 repair
I had a persistent issue with my Porsche PCM 3.1 unit constantly rebooting every few minutes, and Navitex sorted it perfectly. I dropped the unit off with Andrei and he had it fully repaired and ready for collection the very next day. It’s now working flawlessly.

Had water damage with the amplifier for my Bentley which left me with just loud static, spoke to Navitex and posted it to them for repair, was sent a video showing it all back working within 24 hrs of then receiving it and then sent back next day delivery. All plugged back in now and working perfectly. Thank you for the great service and highly recommended.
The touch screen on my VW T6 Discover Media has been on the blink for a couple of years. Phoned Andrei up yesterday, took my van to his home address this morning and within half an hour he had taken the unit out the van fixed (by this I mean replaced with a new one) the touch screen, put it back in and activated App Connect for me. All for £160 which I think is pretty good service. Efficient, polite, professional, competitively priced and I would highly recommend him.
My VW infotainment system was broken - a VW dealership informed me it would cost over £3000 to replace and i thought there was no other option.......I was recommended to use Navitex - I was dubious but thought I had nothing to lose......they fixed it quickly, sent a video to confirm they'd fixed it and returned it quickly and saved me a fortune 🙂 I have emailed the VW dealership to ask for their comments!!
The touchscreen on the media head in our VW California camper began to delaminate causing areas to stop working. A new head is between £1,200 and £1,500 so we were delighted that it could be repaired for £150.
The whole thing took just over a week from handing it to the courier, to receiving it back repaired. Great service. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Andrei prior to purchasing the screen repair and answered all questions right away and accurately.
Service was great, sent on Tuesday and back installed on Friday. Even sent a video through after he’d going, demonstrating the new working screen.
For the service and the price which is much lower that others it really cannot be beaten!
Will be recommending to others and using in the future if required!
