I visited Arbor Ridge for the first time today and was very impressed. Every staff member that I met was so friendly and approachable. They were eager to answer all questions and made me feel welcomed. The facility was very clean and the decor was so pretty and cheerful. There are a lot of activities for the residents to engage in and the staff seemed very happy to be there. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This is an ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC place for your loved one! All of the staff has been so kind and supportive in getting my Mom settled into her new home. I enjoy just going and hanging out with the residents. They are so alive and fun. This is NOT an end-of-life place. Honestly, it's a place where you come to LIVE AGAIN. They have lots of activities for the residents, which they can participate as much (or little) as they desire. The CNAs do such a great job of keeping an eye on my Mom and giving her encouragement. You will be glad to call this place HOME!

I enjoy visiting my Grandma here, and I think she likes the convenience of being close to those who can help her when she needs it, while maintaining her autonomy. The facility is clean and decorated in a pleasant and inviting way. The people working there are friendly and very approachable.

This place is amazing! My mother moved in August 2021 and there are not enough adjectives to say how happy we were until her passing. The reason is the staff is wonderful! Very caring and attentive, feels more like family working than employees. They go out of their way to make sure your loved one is well taken care of. It is so wonderful my sisters and I still drop by to visit even after 8 minths. Kudos and a big thank you to all Arbor Ridge employees!!!!

As a resident here, the lack of privacy amongst the staff bothers me. If I tell the dining or maintenance supervisor about an issue or health concern, they then tell dining servers, other residents, or even the front office workers. This is very problematic and an invasion of privacy. Arbor Ridge has to do better with patient privacy, the meals, & our care plans. I know that we all have an equal say so on things such as water temp, meal seating, activities, etc… but not too much individual feedback is ever taken. I have moved into this place a year ago & made it my home, but I do believe you don’t get what is advertised. There are better independent living homes in the area for the price.

I was there to spend night with D. VanHoy after being in Hospital. Hunter was very helpful and stated we would see someone else in night. No one came that I was aware of, so this is why I stayed. Trust is important and receiving correct information.
