Treat yourself with a trip to Natura Cabana Spa
I had a fabulous “earth” massage from Iris at Natura Cabana spa. I’ve had massage in many different countries and she is among the best I’ve experienced. The spa is beautiful and peaceful and the entire experience was about relaxation. My husband had lunch in the open air restaurant overlooking the ocean while he waited for me. The price was reasonable for the services rendered and I will definitely go back on my next trip to Caberete.

Unbelievable “water” element hour-long massage with Maggie here at Natura Cabana. Part of the ritual the therapist is holding small warm rice bags in her hands while doing the massage. It became a soothing medium-firm pressure with a tiny amount of exfoliation benefit. essential oil blend used smelled amazing! Highly recommend this spa experience and ask for Maggie!!

Beautiful place
We stayed here for 4 days, it's basically the opposite of staying at an all inclusive in Punta Cana. It's a beautiful rustic resort and you feel like you are in the "real" Dominican. The rooms are very unique and spacious, with plenty of lounge room inside and out. The Yoga was amazing, perfect setting and instructor (Ellie!) The grounds are very pretty and the beach is gorgeous. Might look small at first but you can walk to the right for a very long time, finding more beaches. Beaches are like a State park hardly anyone on them. We had a great breakfast there every morning and enjoyed the beach bar. One down side was the dinner restaurant, it is not run well, we ate there twice and had drinks there one night. The wait for drinks and food is ridiculous, an hour and half. We wished we had gone somewhere else for dinner. The staff at the resort are very helpful we would definitely go back and recommend to anyone who wants to unplug and enjoy nature.

Natura was definitely a nature outing
We enjoyed a lovely spa day at the Cabanas. Sauna, Dead Sea wrap, messages galore 3 hours total. My wife and I spent the day relaxing and enjoying the natural landscape this place has in abundance. Lunch was amazing, the fresh ceviche and Caribbean options were on point. I would only recommend staying at the cabana if you have a rental car or don't plan on getting out much. If seclusion is what you are after, you'll have it in droves. We returned a second time on a horseback ridding tour with the seahorse ranch later in our stay. The beach, staff, restaurant, and spa were great. I'm definitely coming back next year.
