Natour travel organised our walking holiday on Fuerteventura very well - all the details were taken care of. The accommodation was great, and we enjoyed walking the GR131 route. The weather was cooler than we expected, but this made the walking easier. We'll definitely use Natour again for another Canary Island adventure!

We booked a 7 day self guided walking holiday with Miguel from Natour. It was very well organised and we had a meeting with Miguel the day before we started walking to discuss the route and logistics. The walking was scenic and varied. The combination of taxis and buses to and from trailheads worked well. The hotels were comfortable, clean and friendly. Miguel was also available to rearrange a taxi drop off point when we needed modify a walk due to poor weather. I would be happy to recommend Miguel and Natour to others thinking of booking a self guided walking holiday.

Die Organisation unserer Reise war von Anfang an absolut perfekt und die Touren auf La Palma waren einfach atemberaubend. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Alba für die wundervolle und liebevolle Kommunikation, sogar während der Feiertage. Ich hatte in einer Unterkunft mein Strandtuch vergessen und sie hat sich sofort darum gekümmert, dass ich es wiederbekomme. Dieser persönliche Einsatz ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie aufmerksam und herzlich das Team arbeitet.

Wat een geweldige wandeltocht: GR 131 op Lanzarote. Van Orzola naar Playa Blanca. Alles tot in de puntjes geregeld, hotels, vervoer, kaarten. Belén van Natour was heel goed te bereiken en gaf razend snel antwoord op vragen. Juanpe was een zeer goede taxichauffeur. Heel stipt, betrouwbaar en boordevol informatie. Allemaal heel goed geregeld, een dikke aanrader! Onze volgende tocht op Fuerteventura wordt weer Natour.

Wir haben eine Wanderreise mit ein paar Zusatztagen bei Natour gebucht. Von Anfang an ein gutes Gefühl durch die nette und flotte Kommunikation mit Jeanette, hatten wir dann Anfang Juni eine fantastische Zeit auf La Palma. Die Touren waren für meine Frau und mich anspruchsvoll, aber durchaus zu schaffen.
Die Reihenfolge war so geplant, dass es Tag für Tag immer (noch) schöner wurde. Auch ein Trip zum neuen Vulkan Tajogaite war auf unseren Wunsch hin mit enthalten.
Die von der Agentur ausgewählten Hotels und besonders die tolle Ferienwohnung am Ende in Puerto de Tazacorte haben uns sehr gefallen.
Alles in Allem hatten wir einen ganz wunderbaren Urlaub mit unvergesslichen Ausblicken.

Natour developed a bespoke accommodation and walking plan for 4 people on a recent 1 week holiday to Menorca - walking the Cami de Cavalls. This included researching suitable hotels to our budget and arranging for our luggage to be collected and moved between hotels each day. They provided maps via the platform Outdooractive. Excelente operador para ayudarte a planificar tu visita a este extraordinario lugar. Atentos y profesionales, si quieres moverte por la isla y conocerla a fondo lo mejor que puedes hacer es ponerte en manos de Alberto, que además es encantador. En La Palma en general y en esta empresa en particular uno nota un gusto por el trato y un deseo de que los visitantes disfruten y conozcan el lugar (y no sólo de que gasten dinero) que en otros destinos más concurridos y “maleados” de nuestro país desgraciadamente hace tiempo que ya no existe. Imposible recomendarles con más convencimiento.
Edito en 2025 solamente para añadir, tras nuestra cuarta visita seguida (dos en La Palma, una en La Gomera y esta vez en Tenerife) que lo de Alberto no tiene parangón. Nos ha organizado otra vez una semana maravillosa en la que solamente nos hemos preocupado de andar por paisajes maravillosos, comer y dormir en sitios estupendos y, en definitiva, disfrutar de nuestros días libres sabiendo que detrás tenemos una persona muy competente y (me permito añadir) de una perceptible sensibilidad. Meine Frau und ich haben über Natour eine 14-tägige Wanderreise auf den Kanaren gebucht. Die erste Woche waren wir auf La Palma und die zweite auf Gran Canaria.
Die Reise begann mit einem Briefing, bei dem uns Jeanette alle Touren vorstellte und auch darauf aufmerksam machte, worauf wir achten sollen. Sie gab uns auch ihre Telefonnummer, sodass wir sie jederzeit erreichen konnten (auch an Sonntagen).
Gleich bei einer der ersten Wanderungen ist uns der Bus vor der Nase weggefahren und Jeanette schickte uns stattdessen kostenlos ein Taxi.
Auch an den anderen Tagen, an denen uns üblicherweise ein Taxi am Ende unserer Tour abholte, war es kein Problem, dass wir dieses meistens schon eine Stunde früher brauchten. Wenn wir uns rechtzeitig gemeldet haben, wurden wir problemlos eine Stunde früher abgeholt.
Einmal war das Wetter im Inselinneren so schlecht, dass wir die geplante Tour absagen mussten. Da aber an der Küste die Sonne schien, hat sie uns kurzfristig eine andere Route angeboten.
FAZIT: Wir können die Agentur Natour und vor allem Jeanette ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Wenn jemand eine Wanderreise auf die Kanarischen Inseln plant, ist Natour die beste Option. Und eines steht auch fest. Wir kommen sicher wieder und buchen eine weitere Wanderreise bei Natour.

Natour organised for us an absolutely fantastic 15 day holiday, hiking the whole length of the GR131 in Fuerteventura. They put together an excellent itinerary and did all the transport accommodation and logistics arrangements for us. They were always on call if minor problems arose and were able to resolve them quickly and with minimal fuss. If you are thinking of a walking holiday in the Canaries, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Particular mention to Belen, Alberto and Miguel for the excellent service they provided. Absolutely first rate.

A great week of walking on La Palma. Transfers, pick ups and collections were all smooth and efficient, with particular thanks to Miguel for re-arranging some pick ups to suit our erratic walking pace. Our hotels were clean comfortable and friendly. The walks were often spectacular and never less than scenic and interesting.

5 Sterne für die perfekte Organisation unserer fünftägigen Wanderung nach Weihnachten 2024 auf Gran Canaria vom Süden in den Norden. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt, die Hotels waren schön, der Taxitransfer unseres Gepäcks hat reibungslos funktioniert, und wir hatten mit Jeanette eine sehr nette Ansprechpartnerin, die sich ‚im Hintergrund‘ bestens um alles für uns gekümmert hat. Auch unsere Sonderwünsche betreffend unsere Verlängerung und Unterkunft nach Beendigung der Wanderung über Silvester wurden problemlos mit in die Organisation der Reise einbezogen. Das war unsere erste Reise dieser Art, aber bestimmt nicht unsere letzte. Herzlichen Dank noch einmal an Jeanette & eine ganz klare Empfehlung unsererseits.
