Price is competitive and shipping was quick but the product and customer service definitely need a total overhaul. I received a bag of loose tobacco and nearly empty tubes and when I notified them of what I thought was just a quality control glitch they responded with giving me the tracking number....of the order I just told them was received. If I wanted loose tobacco I'm sure I could find cheaper options that actually has legit customer service.

I would have rated it a 5 star, but some of the cigarettes are stale and some of the tobacco has fallen out of the end of the cigarettes.
But still saves driving 2 hours and also the gas money.
Definitely worth it!! And very reasonable pricing. I will keep using the company.

I don’t actually smoke myself, I get them for my husband. I’ve been using their service for a while and I am impressed at how organized and efficient the company is.
