Ray, Myles, and the whole team truly deserve recognition. Whenever I reach out to them, they are consistently available and eager to assist. I have never felt like I was merely "another customer" but instead "part of the family." Recently, I bought some Herman Millers in excellent condition and mentioned that I had a broken one at my office that I had previously purchased from a different vendor. Ray took the initiative to help us, even though he wasn't required to do so. I returned to buy a desk and cabinet that I urgently needed, and they assured me that I would receive it on time. To our surprise, Ray sent over the broken part for our chair, and his team replaced it for us. Everyone at National Office is fantastic and customer-oriented, and I will always remain a customer as our needs arise. It's wonderful to experience the level of customer service they provide. I had a great experience working with this organization on a recent project! We opened a new location and were in need of several pieces of office equipment and in a fairly short time frame.
