Amazing Service
I found National Couriers Direct on the Web and within 10 minutes Kimberley called me. From there on the process was smooth completing details and payment. The parcel arrived same morning from Birmingham to Nottingham. We were amazed goods now being fitted on site. Thankyou so much and we would recommend and use them again. McCane Construction

Fast and reliable service very reasonable price for pallet delivery
We used National couriers direct to collect couple of pallets from our Nottingham warehouse to Manchester, and i must say their services was very fast, we had update prior to collection for ETA. driver was very friendly and helpful. i will defiantly use them in future.

Excellent service, very polite and helpful driver. Nice, smooth and easy process from beginning to end. We used them for Birmingham - London deliveries which were same day and time sensitive and the driver kept me updated along the way, called and texted and delivered great door to door service. Worst company!!!!!
We worked with National Couriers Direct LTD to transport and deliver goods for their clients and they have not paid us for over three months. We have tried to resolve this amicably but they have chosen not to reply our emails or answer.
They don't pay the drivers!!!!!!

Worst company ever. I made a job for them and they don't paid me. I tried several time to recover my money but they don't want to pay. They take the money from clients but keep the money for them.
I have family to feed.

Product did not fit as expected but with help from the Driver we managed to solve the issue - The Driver was ploite- helpful and most of all careful with the product to ensure the products were delivered without issue.
