The way the staff takes great care of me, i rent a car here almost every month since i found out about National. I never rented from National, I only rented at Enterprise for the last 5 years. I just started renting here the last 5 months! Great staff at Carmel! From the CSRs to the Car Porters! Fast check ins and always a nice clean car.

When I rent from National on 116th St, Carmel, IN, I receive the kind of customer service that keeps renters coming back to the same location. The staff members are friendly, kind and approachable. While I love the Execute Emerald Aisle, (selecting what I like best), working with this team makes me not miss the Execute aisle). I look forward to seeing them each time I rent and for me that's a big deal!!! This team's the "BEST"!

The team at the Carmel, IN location are some of the best and most professional people, I have ever met. Justin has done a tremendous job there and has a phenomenal team in Michael and a great new addition of Shay. They make each rental experience special. Cars are great and clean. They make sure each car is road ready before they give you the keys. The little home feel additions that Shay has done to the space completes the experience because each time you go there they treat you like family.
