I always use this location when traveling for both work and personal. The staff is always very nice and accommodating. The selection of vehicles is limited, but expected when away from the airport. They have a late night drop box for after hours. The cars are always clean when picking up from this location.

Your website showed a suburban so we were under the impression we were renting a suburban when we arrived what we got was a Jeep Wagoner. It worked and the folks at the counter said the website has a disclaimer that it says "or similar" I just checked and it does. You should tell the customer what they are getting prior to showing up. Secondly I am an emerald card member and while I don't rent like I used to I was less then an hour late returning the vehicle mostly because of a wreck during rush hour traffic and I was told since I returned it after closing (5:00 p.m.) that I was being charged another full day. I rented for years from the same location and all most always returned if after hours because I was always driving home from out of state. If you have a problem then install cameras so you can call people out on their nonsense. Just like everything else in this country now you are punishing the good people because a few idiots abuse your trust. I may start using a new car rental agency. This was nonsense.

Very nice associates. However my last car was quite dirty when I received it. And the third row seat wouldn’t go down, complicating our cargo packing.

Staple for rentals within the community. Same staff for years that if you visit enough know you by name. Always happy to do business with this location. Everyone who works there deserves to be paid top dollar for the services they consistently provide.

The National Car Rental team in Carmel did a great job for me. Another car rental company had totally let me down in getting a truck for a trip, with less than a days notice that they wouldnt be able to help me. The team at National found me a truck and had me rolling that morning. The check in and check out process was easy and all team members i met were helpful. The truck was clean and in good condition. Thanks for the great experience!

In fairness, the staff at this location was all pleasant and the car worked well for our trip. Our issue is more with the corporate side. When we turned the car in at another location, they claimed there was something broken on the front fender. Corporately, they wouldn't make any effort to reach out to this Carmel location to review video to see if our perspective was accurate. Lesson learned, get your own video for record keeping so some tiny part doesn't become your responsibility. A $207.79 lesson.

Been executive for a while and usually go to the airport location for a drop off. Andrew saved the day helping me return my rental. I live down street on 116th and never knew this here. Very knowledgeable and resourceful.
