I wrote in to say a big thank you for the services rendered over my mum's late helper sudden demise. The staff, Carol, went all the way to render assistance for my family and the late helper. Listened to our agonies and offer comfort. She advised us what we can do. Her commitments are beyond 100% effort.
Jasmine Ee of Toa Payoh branch came to my ‘rescue’ when my last helper ( fr another agency) decided to leave urgently. My mum is 93 yo and needs a helper to go about her days.
I reached out to Jasmine for help and she was quick to find one for me, sending the helper’s biodata almost instantly and arranging an immediate video interview. She suggested I go to the Hougang branch where the transfer helper was located so that I could make a more informed decision on the suitability of the maid after a face to face interview.
Once decided, Jasmine sped to get the paperwork done so that the helper could start work as soon as possible given my difficult situation.
A week later, the helper is in my house. It’s been 3 mths and the helper has shown herself to be able to work as per my requirements.

I walked into Nation maid agency in January as it’s a reputable brand. Was served by Michelle and we interviewed about 5 helpers before choosing our current one. It’s been 5 months since she’s here. It’s our first time hiring a helper so we’ve totally no experience on whether she’s alright or not. All I could do was really always messaging Michelle at random hours whenever the helper does something ‘incredible’. One good example is she didn’t tell us she has never taken an escalator before and almost fell the first time we brought her out. So for people hiring fresh Myanmar helpers you’ve really gotta be very very patient and forgiving. Very luckily I had Michelle as a listening ear. Over these past 5 months she has been really helpful and I’ve brought my helper back twice to her store for counselling. I believe no other sales consultant will be as helpful as her. Look for Michelle if you’re looking for a helper!
I would highly recommend Michelle for her excellent service! She's good at finding a good match/fit for households of various needs. She is also responsive in offering prompt and timely updates, patient in her communication with both employers and helpers, and her flexibility to make alternative interview arrangements to fit employer's schedule and logistical needs. 👍🏻

I recently engaged a maid through Nation Hougang Maid Agency with Michelle handling my case. The whole process was fast, smooth and easy.
Michelle sent several profiles, arranged a Zoom interview, and was very patient with my husband and me as we took our time choosing. We picked a candidate Michelle recommended and the paperwork and pickup were straightforward.
The maid has been with us for almost three weeks and is excellent at cleaning , very detailed, proactive, and attentive to areas I would have missed.
She doesn’t speak English yet but is positive and eager to learn. She told us, she learned cleaning skills and some English through a Myanmar agency & per previous job experience in Myanmar before coming to Singapore.
Overall a great experience with the agency and Michelle, and we’re very happy with our maid.
It was my first time hiring a domestic helper and I found Nation Maid Agency on Google. After reading good reviews about the Hougang branch which was the nearest to my house, I decided to give it a shot after experiencing a few other agencies which were not a good match. Michelle was my agent and she was very straightforward and helped cleared up my misconceptions and doubts from the start. This allowed me to start on the right foot and get a helper suitable for my profile and household. She even helped analyze the helpers that we interviewed lol! Anyway, Michelle is also very responsive and does not beat around the bush which is important when it comes to accountability :)

I would like to recommend Kangyeo and his supervisor Richard for their good pre and post service. Though Kangyeo took over my case from another agent, he’s very responsive, responsible and helpful. Two helpers transition (old and new) is very smooth. Richard is very experienced and responsible for providing helpful advice during my consideration for changing maid. Thanks for their help.
Went down around Mid-may to request for a helper, told them my requirement and request, was told I will be added on whatsapp and bio data be sent to me. But up till today, nothing from them at all. very disappointed with such service and non proactiveness. will not recommend at all.
