My esthetician was Lori Tozzi - my skin looks great it's tighter -smoother and with a lot blemishes. The staff at NAWI is also one of THE best ! Sadly …. I will NEVER return! Last year Christine injected me with Volbella and used half the product. She told me to keep it and return the following year (as it lasts about a year) and that they would inject the balance then. As I pulled it out, I noticed that it actually had expired three days after my injection date. Now, NAWI will not honour what their employee said. She was there for quite some time and sadly is no longer. They are telling me that it’s meant for injection within a shorter time period .. well guess what, within THREE DAYS? I doubt that. I will never go back .. clearly it’s all about the $$$!
We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify. The filler you purchased was part of a Flash Sale offered at our cost for immediate use only due to excess inventory at that time. These sales are no longer offered.
The product you received had an expiration date a few days after your original injection. In rare circumstances, and only with the patient’s agreement, we may allow a small remaining amount to be used within a very short window because dermal filler does not instantly “go bad” on its expiration date. However, it cannot be stored for months or a year, and it cannot be used once that short grace period has passed.
We never advise patients to save filler for a year. In limited cases—such as lip treatments—patients may return within 2–3 weeks for a touch-up after swelling resolves. That is the only situation in which held product may be used.
We’re glad you were initially happy with your treatment, and we’re sorry for any misunderstanding from a former employee. Patient safety is always our top priority, and we cannot inject expired product beyond safe medical guidelines.

I’m from Naples but currently living in Miami and while I was visiting I decided to check Groupon to find a deal on Botox. I didn’t regret choosing NAWI out of other options in Naples. Katherine did a great job seeing exactly where she needed to place the Botox and the results are exactly what I wanted. Not overdone and just enough to relax my forehead so it isn’t constantly trying to crease between my eyebrows, which for some reason helps lift my mood just because my forehead isn't allowed to frown 😂 That’s the main reason I get it done and she did that. She also took care of my crows feet at the same time. If they have more deals on Groupon I will definitely go back :)

It was my first time ever looking into getting Botox. I was visiting Naples and decided to trust NAWI and glad I did!! The staff explained everything so clearly and was a great price! I ended up getting disport and it looks great. She did not want to over do it for my first time so it’s a nice soft natural finish but wrinkles are so much less noticeable! I am glad I went to NAWI for my first time! And I don’t usually do reviews but I wanted them and everyone to know they are amazing! I’m over 65 and have quite a bit of old acne scarring, large pores, sun damage and age spots. I have never had a laser treatment and wanted minimal pain and downtime. After consultation with the professionals at NAWI, I had the NOUVADerm laser treatment done about 2 months ago. I have definitely noticed decreased age spots and an improvement to my skin texture since this time. I’m planning on returning for one more treatment in next 6 mos or so.

Approximately one month ago I had a NOUVADerm laser treatment at NAWI and I am just THRILLED with my results after just one session! After a thorough consultation with NAWI staff, instruction was given to discontinue any harsh cleansers, exfoliants, Retin A and sun exposure for 2 weeks prior. The day of treatment my face was numbed with cream prior and with the NOUVADerm treatment there was a mild zapping sensation that was completely tolerable. A cooling mask was applied after and my face was red like a sunburn and a little itchy. I was given instructions for post-care which were minimal. My face was kept hydrated and moisturized for the next couple days and the redness subsided. After about two weeks, I really started to notice the improvement in my skin texture and pore size. My neck felt tighter and noted a decrease in the hyperpigmentation from sun damage. I’m a month out now and definitely notice improved texture, smoother complexion and a decrease in fine lines. I will absolutely do another treatment and appreciate that the amazing team at NAWI stayed in touch after to make sure my skin was healing.

I had an amazing experience at NAWI- starting with the receptionist at the front desk to specialists that helped with my NOUVADerm.
I absolutely love this treatment. My dark spots are no longer there and my skin has an amazing tightness and glow to it.

Thank you for your review, which brings up a great educational point. We avoid doing touchups in less than two weeks as this may lead to excessive dosing before the full effect of the initial injections. This is particularly true when dealing with eyebrows and the forehead, which may lead to excessive brow and eyelid drops. This can create a greater issue for the patient and make them very unhappy for three months rather than waiting an extra week to see the full effect. While most of the effects of neurotoxins are seen in 3 to 7 days, in many people there is continued relaxation on days 7 through 14. To inject any further neurotoxins in less than 14 days potentially does patients a huge disservice and is not recommended for top-notch aesthetic medical practices.
