Saw this shop on FB and decided to visit and see what they can offer. Initially the staff were welcoming and went around sharing their products and quality - claiming that all are stainless steel and it won't rust, comes with warranty, and all sorts of service (i.e offer delivery to SG).
We were happy of what we saw and decided to get one from them. Topped-up more to get their yet to launched product which they claimed to be Nano coating and won't be stained by water droplets so the sink would be dry all the time, they even demo and I was impressed. However when it came and after usage, is not what has been described and it's still the same as the normal sink which we could have not topped up for that! Felt so cheated.
They mentioned that the sink would be delivered to me after first batch of fabrication somewhere around early Aug yet there were no msg nor call to inform about delivery, I had to whastapp and check myself and is already last day of Aug. What worse is, the sales person who attended me (Yen Kong) ignored and ask another employee to attend me who is not doing sales. I was very displeasured of the after service,
During installation, we were encountering some issue for the installation to the counter top - sizing couldn't fit and sorts. The other Indian worker did replied my msg and attended my request. However I felt like a ball being kicked around after she closed the sale which is unprofessional.
In summary - good sales talk, pricing is on the steep side (about RM3k), quality yet to be tested (only in used for 1 month), after sales service sucks. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
*Follow-up comment*
Salesperson called and clarified the misunderstanding about the ignorance of my mssg, claiming she was overseas and was intending to send out the mssg but it failed to send out. Reassuring to me again that their sink is good quality and will make a trip to my hse to check however no news ever since. Hence looking at it, is really depending whether you want to believe or not. I realised the scratches recently in within less than two months in used, which claimed to be anti-scratch. Feedback to them with a pic and they replied to give them some time to speak with boss the next day and will get back. Again, until now no reply and no follow up, it seems to be disappear as an avoidance to this matter.
In summary - I don’t understand why a customer need to keep following up with them and not the other way. Totally unprofessional.
