Your team did an outstanding job, and we are deeply grateful. We sincerely appreciate Rosie and Minh Sean for their instant responses to our chat messages and their timely coordination throughout the trip. Their prompt communication ensured everything went smoothly and kept us at ease at all times. We would also like to appreciate all the guides assigned to us. Although we may not recall all their names, their professionalism, knowledge, and excellent English made our journey smooth and enriching. They guided us wonderfully at every step. The highlights of our trip made it even more unforgettable. In Phu Quoc, we thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular Kiss of the Sea show, the fun-filled Four Island Tour, and our visits to Vinpearl Safari and VinWonders—each experience was truly memorable. A special mention to Mango Restaurant at Aquatopia Water Park—oh my! The spread was amazing, with a wide variety of Vietnamese specialties along with plenty of other delicious options. Our stay at VinFiesta Phu Quoc near Grand World was also very comfortable and enjoyable, adding to the overall experience. In Da Nang, Bana Hills was absolutely breathtaking, and the coconut boat ride was an experience we enjoyed to the core. To be honest, we did not expect such a perfectly organized and memorable trip—it truly exceeded our expectations. A special highlight was our stay at Santa Luxury Hotel in Da Nang. Words cannot do justice to their exceptional food and top-notch hospitality—it was simply outstanding. Lastly, our sincere thanks to Irene, who brought together such a fantastic team and ensured everything was arranged so beautifully for us.
