Services provided by shop in early August for a fill resulted in breakage day after fill, and continued to break a call was placed to rectify this experience was advised to come into shop anytime, upon visit on 29th a request to fix broken nails, was not offered but a discount was offered, A draft to bbb is also being made. I do not recommend this shop, the communication is not well, if indeed I spoke with owner he failed to advise staff instead Austin offered 30% off. Also the products are questionable being these broke quickly like with few hours. Furthermore reading other reviews which I should have read, prior to going.
I love this place so much they always take their time and make sure their work looks amazing. Definitely recommend it’s one of my favorite places to go!!
