The customer service at Element is horrible. I regularly visit this salon whenever I’m in Phoenix, and I scheduled 6:00 p.m. manicure and pedicure appointments for three of my employees. When we arrived, we were told there would be more than a 30-minute wait because they had accepted walk-in customers ahead of us. What is the point of making appointments if walk-ins are given priority? It appears they were more concerned with accepting additional customers than honoring appointments already on their schedule. The employee claimed that only pedicures were scheduled—not manicures. However, she then started giving us manicures and later announced that she could only complete the manicures and could not do the pedicures. According to her, we were only scheduled for pedicures, yet those were the services she said she could not provide. None of this made any sense. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and she clearly needs better communication and customer-service skills. Although my nails were done reasonably well during previous visits, this experience was completely unacceptable. I got up and walked out, and I will not be returning to Element.

Came in for a manicure and pedicure with gel polish for both. My manicure was just that on regular nails. The technicians were very good fast thorough and I would recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants a really great experience with technician who do an amazing job.

UPDATE: Got a full set with Billy & he was so amazing and listened to my needs! We did a design with real dried flowers. Thao was amazing!! Going to continue to see her for my pedicures or if you need a gel manicure!! Love this place!

New to town and I was searching for a nail salon. Element has excellent reviews so decided to check it out. The online scheduling was a breeze. I got the spa pedicure and a simple gel manicure. Technicians were fabulous - attentive and courteous. Lindsey checked in periodically to make sure my experience was good. They have a lot of options for nail art and more complex manicures, which I may try next time. But it's good to know the basics are stellar too!

First time doing whatever this was (courtesy of my girlfriend) Got the cbd treatment, they gave me music control, great massage chairs with warming effect. Staff was awesome. I feel brand new. I work with my hand and on my feet for 12 hours a day. I needed this!

This place was recommended to me by a coworker and I'm so glad I came! The staff is lovely and always welcoming with free drinks which is so nice with our hot summers.
