Yesterday we gave N2it Plumbing and Sewer Services a 5 Star rating for Plumbing and Service. We used the words “excellent” and “above”. Today, we would like to include the specifics of what “excellent” represents. Plumbing needs often take definitive steps towards attending to fixing, repair and completion with durability and confidence, within the level of service, while striving to meet customer expectations, with profitability and affordability! Here are the 5 Star specifics: (1) A preliminary visit on site by Master Plumber and owner Chase, to access, plan and apply solutions within the plan; (2) Chase’s team instantly stopped a leak successfully. Urgent should not be met with a casual approach, but instead with immediate needed action, and that was responded to by Matt (plumbing specialist with N2it), who achieved a 100% solution. That’s worth a 5 Star Rating! (3) Matt removed a malfunctioning 15 year old dishwasher that was immovable at first due to a corroded height adjuster nut and threaded appliance leveling legs. 5 Star Rating! (4) Carefully listened to us (clients) during discussions, planning, contributions, interactions and work performances! 5 Star Rating! (5) Arrived at the scheduled time, each and every time, consisting of a 4 visit job! That’s a 5 Star Rating that says even more than these words can offer! (6) Quality of work = Well above National Standards in terms of performance, applied time, professional appearances, care of surfaces on which tools and parts were positioned to provide access for the needed jobs through completion, while meeting current “Codes” with the knowledge and skills to properly comply. Implementing “thought-through” solutions to act as the best “fixes”, along with taking additional measures to anticipate future needs relating to safety and higher standards of how systems should work. All of these points, and the contexts of each point, have reached the level of 5 Stars!
Because of the quality of customer service provided by Jessie, we thank her for how she followed the entire process to completion and managed intricate details. The actual work by Chase, Matt and Jerry, along with their work ethics and professionalism, have given us enough reasons for our ”Appreciation” to be well Above 5 Stars!
Matt and Jerry came out and saved me on a job of installing a toilet from a rough in in the basement. They came out and jetted the line and I was able to install m6 toilet and have it functional. Thank you guys for your fast service, knowledge, and willingness to do such a "crappy" job.
I've used this company twice now. Overall, pretty good experience. I've used this company twice now. While we were out of the country, they did a water filter replacement and replumb, and forgot to turn the water back on which left our home sitter with no water for 24 hours. Coordinating this from overseas with a 12 hour time difference was difficult, but they did come back the next day and turn it back on.
Responsive, friendly, expert! We had a water heater pilot light failure late on Friday and they scheduled a service call the same afternoon! They came out within an hour and quickly got it going again. So glad we didn’t have to go without hot water until Monday! Also, 2 years ago we had a broken ABS drain pipe inside the wall behind our kitchen sink and they came out and quickly fixed that. Highly recommended!
