Brian and his team did an absolutely amazing job replacing my original contractor grade windows with the absolute best impact resistant product that I saw. And trust me, I did lots of homework, but Brian was great and patient with answering all of the questions that I had and made me feel very comfortable with the decision I made. I had a great experience with My Window and Door Guy installing my hurricane impact windows. The owner, Brian, clearly runs a professional and honest business, and that shows throughout the entire process. My main contact, Anthony, was excellent to work with. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The pricing for the impact windows was very competitive compared to other quotes I received, and the installation crew was efficient and professional. Living in Florida, having reliable hurricane impact windows gives real peace of mind during storm season. The installation went smoothly, the workmanship looks great, and the finished result really improved the look of the house. If you're in the market for impact windows or doors, I highly recommend My Window and Door Guy. Great communication, fair pricing, and quality work. I would absolutely use them again.

Dealing with owner Brian and all the company staff was an extremely good experience. Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final decision on window selection. Most important, the work crew did a phenomenal job installing the windows. During their two full work days they were polite, experienced, hard working and cleaned up EVERYTHING at each day’s end. All I had to do when job completed was sit back and enjoy my beautiful new energy efficient windows!!

I had two pantry doors installed with glass panels in my kitchen. Noah did the installation and was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He kept The Work area so clean. I had a little clean up to do after he left. I also had windows across the front of my house installed, Gilbert did this project for me? He was so good. Created little mess and cleaned up very well after himself. Him and his partner were very kind, very professional and got in and did the work and got out. I Live in Brooksville and I am so pleased with their work. I will be using them again for further window installation. What a pleasure to work with the company that does everything they say they’ll do and what a good group of people to work with. Thanks to all of you for a job. Well done.

My home was in need of replacing all doors, interior and exterior. I received an estimate from a big box store for the exterior doors. I decided to get another estimate and called My Window and Door Guy. I am so glad I did because Brian, the owner, came out and gave me a better price with a better door. The installation went smooth and the doors look great! I then decided to ask Brian about installing the interior doors. He gave me a fair price and he went work. After the interior door installation, I had a concern and he fixed it right away. The interior doors are beautiful! Brian your professionalism and outstanding quality sets you apart from others! Thank you for helping me and being apart of the process with putting my house back together!

The window & door very professional, on time very polite and courteous. Took 1 day to install windows & French doors. Inspecter come out inspected the windows & doors passed with no problems. Would recommend the company 5 star in my opinion. Great job Guys.

The owner is extremely professional and his team are all very skilled and conscientious of their work! After calling other companies in my area (Seminole) and receiving crazy high estimates, I was actually amazed this company had very reasonable prices. I will definitely use this company again when we are in need of replacing our windows!

We live in Lakewood Ranch and lightning struck our neighbor's tree, splintering it and sending it through one of our windows. Received 4 quotes and Brian provided the best quote by far. All other companies promised to get a new window installed in 8-12 weeks, Brian promised 4-6 weeks and completed the installation in 5 weeks. 10/10 would recommend My Window and Door Guy.

submitted an online request which was answered promptly on the next business day -a positive start. An appointment was scheduled to review my project and provide an estimate; however, the contractor failed to show up as agreed. I followed up with a phone call the next day but received no response. Now, over a week later, I have yet to receive a return call or any form of follow-up. This lack of communication and failure to meet basic scheduling expectations is both disappointing and frustrating. It is concerning that a professional service provider cannot honor a scheduled appointment or provide the courtesy of a callback. Reliability and responsiveness are essential qualities in any contractor, and unfortunately, this experience fell short on both fronts. Update: they earned more stars. I did finally hear back from My Window and Door Guy earlier today. To my surprise, I received a handwritten envelope and letter apologizing for the miscommunication. The company also went a step further with an additional gesture of apology that I had never experienced before, which I felt went above and beyond. Their response came across as very sincere, and I truly appreciated the effort they put into making things right. Based on this, I would consider giving this company a second chance if I have a future project.
