Calling Voda was one of the best decisions I have ever made with regard to home maintenance. I had an odor problem that had been going on for 8 months. I asked several people for help in identifying the cause and they either could not say or suggested ripping out the dry wall to locate a supposedly dead rodent. However, even though it smelled somewhat like an animal had died in the wall, the periodic increase and decrease in the smell did not make sense. I was waiting for my contractor to come out to begin tearing out the drywall and thought I might give a call to a company that deals with odor removal. Bingo! Will, the owner, came over and in about one minute correctly diagnosed the problem. His solution was relatively simple and inexpensive, and did not involve any drywall removal. In a couple of days the problem was resolved. I am kicking myself for not thinking of calling this company earlier, but at least I finally made the right call. I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be contacting Voda in the future if I have any similar type of problem.

Voda Cleaning and Restoration provided outstanding service during the flood cleanup at my home. Owner Jeff Ragan personally supervised the entire project from start to finish, ensuring that every step was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear communication.
The team responded quickly, removed the water efficiently, and thoroughly dried and treated all affected areas to prevent further damage. Their attention to detail and respect for my home were evident throughout the process.

Amazing experience from my initial phone call for a quote to the service that was done. The lady who scheduled my appointment was very polite and patient with me seeing what they could offer since my job was very minor (unlike 2 other companies I spoke with prior too who were rude and short). Then Mr. Justin who completed the carpet was very professional as well from the contact of letting me know he was on his way to the completing the service. Able to answer all my question without making it seem like I was wasting his time. Will be recommending to anyone who asks if I know someone. Also the bonus was the price was as discussed nothing hidden or tried be sold. Thank you!

The carpet techs Nick and Ryan did a thorough and very intensive job cleaning my carpets and wool rugs. Not only was Nick super knowledgeable about carpet fibers, from filtration staining and cleaning products acidity but he took the time to explain the process and how the Voda cleaning products actually worked and activated with the various materials that required cleaning. Ryan did a very nice job on my wool area rugs downstairs and was just as personable as Nick and professional. Highly recommend Voda carpet and rug cleaning. I’ve tried dry leaning my carpets and rugs in the past resulting in stiff fibers and prefer the steaming cleaning because of the pet hair and other products that adhered to my wool rugs. Not only efficient but my house smelled lovely afterwards! Very prompt and beyond pleasant to deal with. Surprised with the tractor motor in the main cleaner van that worked well to extract water and soap products. Well done!

We had a bathroom water leak that impacted our Master bath and downstairs living room area. Jeff was out quickly and on the same day was able to get dryers started. Jeff provided a very detailed layout, water levels, and damage by end of the day and sent directly to my insurance company for approval. Voda completed the demo, mold remediation, and daily checks. Jeff also recommended a rebuild construction team who will also work directly with my insurance. I am extremely impressed with the level of detail and service of Voda Cleaning. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning and restoration services.

Had Voda out to clean my dryer vent. Great communication and easy scheduling! Not only did I get squeaky a squeaky clean vent, they left my entire laundry room cleaner than when they arrived. Will be putting Voda into my calendar to schedule regular vent cleaning. 5 Star Company
